The Yoga Way

Sue is a fabulous yoga teacher, probably the best I've ever had. She is always well organised, bright, cheerful and encouraging. Her instructions are clear, articulate and concise. Every class has some new elements, so she obviously works hard on her lesson plans and thinks deeply about yoga. There are also interesting bits of yoga philosophy, and lovely music at the start. I highly commend her classes but hope not too many more people join as the classes are becoming large!

Sue is a great teacher. She is knowledgeable, professional, warm and really takes the time needed to make sure the students have the best yoga experience possible.
I find the classes very beneficial and love to spend some time, regularly, focusing on my wellbeing. I highly recommend Sue's studio to anyone into yoga or for those wanting to learn yoga.

I have been doing yoga for 40 years with a variety of teachers and Sue is one of the absolute best. She is a generous instructor offering a variety of classes in a welcoming atmosphere - I always leave feeling great and very grateful.

Sue’s mini yoga retreat was a fantastic way to get energised for the new year! I loved the flow of the week and the clarity of instruction - Sue is a kind and clear teacher with years of knowledge and many fun snippets of info!
