I recently visited Redlands General Practice and had a very positive experience under the care of Dr. Jackie Van Der Horst. The practice exuded efficiency, with appointments running on time and minimal wait times. Dr. Van Der Horst demonstrated expertise in her field, addressing my concerns with professionalism and clarity.

The practice itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for patients. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which contributed to a positive overall experience.

Owing to being a long term patient of one of the founding doctors, we have been attending Redlands GP since its inception & have always found it to be a thoroughly professional & competent practice, A number of doctors are associated with the practice providing not only general health care but some of whom, in addition, have specific areas of clinical interest. In our opinion the reception & nursing staff are pleasant & accommodating & to date we have always been quite comfortable & happy with the care provided to us.

As a new patient here and needed a quick appointment, their registration, check in and payment process was great.
No long waits and my appointment time was on time.
Dr. Claudia Ho was extremely friendly, understanding and assisted with my needs seamlessly.
Compared to other practices, this one seems highly clean, up to date and well managed.
I was also impressed with the doctors and clinic profile and website which helped me make a decision on which doctors would suit my needs.
If you're planning a visit, take the time to research the doctor that might be in line with your needs.

The doctor I saw today for a super-inflamed reaction to a wasp bite was terrific! She was thorough, easy to talk to, professionally competent, and I felt well looked after. Reception was friendly and efficient also. Would ask to see her again if I need to go back.

Dr Claudia Ho is an amazing GP! We ended up at the hospital ED following surgery and they misdiagnosed an infection, Dr Ho didn’t rush us nor did she ignore any of our concerns. She even took the time to phone the surgeon with our concerns. The reception staff are lovely also. It is nice to find a GP that doesn’t treat you like lesser of a person or who ignores your concerns. She is a credit to the surgery.

This is our family’s choice of medical practice. The experience from the entire team is first rate. The doctors we see take time and skill to assist with our variety of medical needs. As well, the remainder of the staff from reception to nurses provide friendly and reassuring interactions.

We love Dr Karen. She's been our primary doctor for over 12 years. Her care and attention is appreciated and she's been with me and my family through thick and thin.
Justine has been on our journey for nearly as long and her customer service and attention is exceptional. Cannot rave more about them two. Thank you Dr Karen and Justine for always been there for me and my family.

We have been going to our main doctor (Dr McCombe) at this practice for a long long time.....since our children were little. There is no substitution for having a doctor who knows the medical history of your family. This, coupled with a consistent and very hard working front reception team (who are very patient considering how busy they can get) is a bonus. I have no hesitation in recommending this great team.

Incredible practice. Warm, friendly, supportive staff from the second you arrive and check in until the moment you leave all staff show true care and compassion. Amazing for families, have facilities for many cares from newborn to end of life. Plenty of parking available, and many complementary healthcare offices on site from physio to psychology and many more.

I am so thrilled with the Redlands General Practice. My doctor is Dr Rory Melville and he is a gift. He has been such a huge support for me and my family. He brings wisdom and compassion to the care of his patients and makes such a huge difference. Thank you, Doc 🥰

The team are efficient, my doctor is relatable and the treatment I receive is top shelf. Yes, it costs $100 before Medicare to see my doctor but you get what you pay for. I get excellent care, so not going anywhere else.

The practice is very welcoming, reception staff are friendly , helpful & professional. Good group of dedicated Doctors who take extra care of their patients along with the great nursing staff. Practice can be busy at times because of the popular Doctors.

Dr Genevieve Keane at Redlands General Practice is the most wonderful Dr who genuinely cares for you. She always goes above and beyond to make sure your health is the best it could possibly be. The best decision my husband and I made was accepting the recommendations from a friend to book into Dr Gen.

Despite checking in upon arrival I was not logged in as doing such and this caused a phone contact from Redlands General Practitioner’s whilst I was waiting for my appointment outside.
To check-in in person needs to be acknowledged.
Otherwise it’s a nice experience

Really good practice. Vey professional. I have no issue booking appointments with my doctor, they are always able to fit me in on the day I want. I can't recommend this practice enough.
