After experiencing a few cold nights on the Southern Downs (minus 9 degrees) I decided to get some long johns.
Got membership online, then went in store to purchase.
The staff were helpfull and happy to help. Membership got me a good price. I am very happy with the service and my purchase.

The staff in store are amazing, but I want to give a big shout out to their Store Manager, Dan. Not only was he extremely helpful with assisting me find what I needed. But his customer service was exceptional. I will certainly be back and will recommend to anyone to go to Anaconda Cleveland. Thanks again Dan and Team.

Best camping/adventure gear shop around! Staff are always super helpful and polite. Had Dan ( I think he’s the mananger) help me with some fishing gear on the weekend which he is super knowledgeable with! Would highly recommend, thanks again guys

Came here twice this week for various items, Connie was extremely helpful with a warranty claim and provided great customer service, kudos to her! Will 100% return when I next need outdoor gear.

Went into get a tent today and had the most amazing service from the Yung lad Harry
he was so knowledgeable about all the tents we were looking at and helpful

he was that friendly I was going to ask if If he wanted to camping with us

Great store, had an issue with an item I purchased, they replaced it immediately without question. Highly recommend.

Good service today, for future customers the dune 20ltr jerry can holder does not fit dune 20ltr jerry cans lol just a little heads up, the staff were easy to deal with the little hiccup but we got it all sorted it the end 👍

Yesterday I had my best retail experience, by a long shot!

Initially I was unable to find an item I was looking to purchase in my size, at the Anaconda Cleveland store.
I went to request help, & was met by the warm welcoming smiles of Megan & Elise. Their eagerness to assist with my enquiry was a breath of fresh air.
The system was showing that there was 1 in-store, so I was very appreciative that they were able to do the searching for me, as I currently have a broken ankle & am moving around on a knee scooter.
The conversation & banter was fun & light-hearted at the register so no surprises that I ended up purchasing another 2 items.

I'm now well equipped for any cold weather with my TNF puffer jacket & 2 beanies!

Great service. Returned a gazebo that did not hold up at our last camping trip and could not have been more helpful and efficient in swapping it over.

Great location and great shop. Heaps on offer with their range and really good prices. Shopped around for a few items but found I was coming back for almost everything from here

I've been looking for a new sounder for some months but haven't been able to get the answers I needed from your competitors. I met Ben at the Cleveland store and can't rate this young bloke highly enough. He knows fishing, he knows the gear he knows how to teach an old bloke new tricks (read knots) and he's not bad at his sales role as well. Congratulations Anacondo on employing this fella he is an asset to your organisation.

Just opened and has everything I needed at great prices. The parking was a little difficult but they had only been open 2 days with a sale on, so may get better. Staff were brilliant.

On 5 July 2022 at Anaconda Cleveland I had the best shopping experience from Connie. She was so helpful and went out of her way to help me find the perfect puffer jacket. So much so, I bought two!
