I've shopped here for maybe 10 years. Good old fashioned service and although they may not stock as much as the larger chains, the solutions they have and the knowledge means they don't just 'send you to any aisle' like 'you know who'...

Similar faces have been there for years and they take an interest in the projects we have going on.

We had a great customer service experience. Went to buy an outdoor dining table and chairs. We spoke with Kaden/kadyn, their store was sold out and he called the Beenleigh store who had one left. We picked it up today, and are very happy. Thanks so much for been so helpful with everything and been a friendly approachable person. Thanks

Had just the products I wanted. Prices were pretty good as well, so all in all a successful purchase. Staff were helpful also.

It's one of the Best Mitre 10 stores. The staff are so friendly. If you can't find what you're looking for here, then you have a problem.

Cleveland Mitre 10 is 5 star they may not carry as much variety as " Bunnings" but they certainly make up for it in customer service.Always helpful & willing to help

Well I used to shop at Bunnings before coming here. The step up in personal service was just incredible. The assistance my wife and I received over the smallest things was just so welcoming that we won't do our shopping anywhere else for items that can be found here.

The place is clean, friendly staff and always has what I want. It feels more personal then Bunnings. I get a lot of my fasteners and really important use every day items from here as the staff feel like they really know what they are talking about, I came in a few weeks later and the guy asked me how my grinder mount went. You can't buy personalised service.

Loved the friendly customer service and offers to help when I shopped there. Way better than bunnings.

It was easy to find staff to help me with searching items and staff were genuinely helpful and even helped me to load items in my car, I finished my shopping in minutes instead of wasting time like in other stores...will always be back to Mitre 10.

I phoned to see if a product was in stock as I heard of it on the radio
Pleasant and helpful was a young staff lady who put me on hold and went and checked Yes was the answer
I took myself over and not just got what I was looking for but got a few bargains from the display tables
I like going here as I always get helpful and informed service
