It's amazing food and a lovely atmosphere but they normally run out of food around 2pm or so.

Really lovely place to get a meal, staff are so sweet! However, I would recommend sitting outside as inside can get a bit loud.

Just when I thought there was no hope for decent food in Armidale, I came across this place. We had the Udon noodles and Bento box and all were fine. The only downside was the fishy taste and texture of the prawn cultlets. I will be back for many more meals and I very greatful for the experience as many other places in town aren't great (like the thai shop next to KFC).

Armidale's secret gem. Extremely impressed by the food here. Compared to other Japanese restaurants in various Australian cities and in Japan, the food was superb.
Would highly recommend the tofu bento box, the flavour in the sauce was mind blowing.

Really good. Japanese food is hard to come by in country NSW, but Ten Koo do a great job and I'm glad they're there.

Best place to get sushi in Armidale! Incredible and delicious range of sushi rolls and other Japanese meals and the staff are so lovely!

An authentic Japanese restaurant in the heart of the Beardy St Mall! Ten Koo has a nice range of sashimi, sushi rolls and noodle soups as well as a bento box option. The fish is fresh and I can recommend both the sushi and bento box. Prices are reasonable (e.g. $10 for a bento box), especially considering the quality - the staff take good care of the preparation and presentation.

There is also a selection of Japanese groceries for sale, and Japanese art works on display (and for sale too).
