Naughty But Nice

Absolutely hands down the best customer service I've ever received in any adult store. There's a massive range at every Naughty but Nice I've been too but the Capalaba one is the best I've found. Went in looking at the kegal balls and needed advice and Bec was there two help, honestly highly recommended this store for people well experienced and as an excellent store for some one who'd be anxious to try an adult store. Can't say thanks enough to Bec 😊

Such a huge range of products here for everyone’s needs. Huge, clean store with very friendly staff and owners. Just normal people with no judgment and happy to have casual conversation. Feel very comfortable here!

Shopping here was a great experience, they have a huge range of everything you can imagine! The Capalaba shop is so big! The shop has great quality products, they have a beautiful range of lingerie, the staff are very knowledgable and helpful and make you feel very comfortable, especially if it's your first visit. I would highly recommend this shop and I would not hesitate to shop here again. Thanks again for the wonderful service.

Me personally don’t have any trouble with the product or staff luv to go with it and then follow threw in the item I’m looking for usually I do like what I buy and I’m pretty happy with my choice

Was served here by a lovely lady named Rexine, who spent at least half an hour with me showing me different items in my price range and helping me decide which was right for me. Ended up with the Satisfyer Pro 2 and I am VERY happy with it!

Have been to this store multiple times and also bought online. The staff are helpful and friendly, they have a great range of products in their sizeable Capalaba store, and their shipping is so quick. Great local business. 10/10

Love the store and staff but hate the fact that you can buy an item for $100 online but in store pay $160 - $170 for the exact same thing, Really disappointing as I live close by but would rather go to another store to avoid overpaying for something...

The store could have more products. But I normally find what I’m looking for there

My partner went in here and the owner made it his mission to sell as much as he could, creating an uncomfortable and stressful atmosphere. Partner then left with things he did not want and feeling unable to make his own decisions without being harassed. Young lady was nice, otherwise would be 0 stars if possible.

Went to Naughty but Nice with my partner earlier today to look for some fun toys. The lady there was really rude and made me feel silly for not knowing what the products were used for, she was more concerned that I may have been trying to steal something hanging around watching me at all times and then asked to check my bag when leaving.
We left and went to "Everything Adult" just up the road and I have to say not only was the customer service outstanding (we bought two expensive toys) but I must say the prices were far more reasonable for exactly the same products.
If you want great customer service with staff that don't treat you like you are silly and you want reasonably price products head to "Everything Adult"

if your after attitude, bad customer service and out right rudeness. this is the place to go for your adult toys.
Products under warranty don't mean a thing with this store. I had a faulty product and I was left to deal with the supplier directly. Something as simple as an exchange in products and sending the faulty item to the supplier. Instead they screw you around for over a month and abuse you.
I would not send my worst enemy to this store.
Not even worth half a star.
Worse still the owner owns two stores and both give the same service.

Closed early staff was rude would not open door, wouldnt even guide me to another shop refused to answer any questions through the door even when I knew exactly the perfume I wanted and am not from this suburb or even this area, were not helpful AT ALL, a 60 second purchase. Lost what could've been a lifetime customer will be telling EVERYONE NOT to bother wasting fuel to go there.

I went into the store to find some nice under wear, just to feel a little more confident about my body, the staff came up to me asked if I needed any help I said no I had something in mind and just wanted to look around the store myself, then about ten minutes later she came up to me again and proceeded to tell me that what I was looking at would not fit me, nowhere near me where her exact words, I am a nice size 16 I know what brands are forgiving and what brands are not, I immediately was directed to the Queen size, which I have brought one item, and it is way too big for me, I told her this, but she insisted that I was too big for the "normal" sizes, but maybe the tops would fit, I just walked out of the store right then and there, I will never ever even consider coming back to this store, I think she was not just insulting to ladies but it left me feeling worse than when I walked in there, what so my bum is to big to be normal but my chest is so small????? I will never recommend this store, and further more I will avoid the naughty but nice shops all together ,p.s i went to another adult store had excellent service oh and found something from the normal ladies section btw it fit perfectly,and i paid almost half the price for the exact same brand, if i could rate 0 stars i would, ladies if you are a size 14+ i would recomend you shop somewhere else if you want to walk out with your confidance intact.
