Always stop in and get my coffee here when in the area .. I haven’t yet had a bad experience. I like my coffee a certain way; they listen and make it the way I ask without the eye rolls or thinking they know better. Thanks for the great coffees and listening to me as a customer. Keep it up. Thanks

Good service and place to hang out with family and friends. Especially from a hot day you could sit down outside and have a nice cold or hot beverage. Sit down and relax in front of the newsagency, bakery, Woolworths and Pharmacy area. Good location though, and pretty good for a non-smoking location too.

Staff are friendly and approachable.

I just wanted to thank the lady crew on this morn for making my kiddies day. Working through a 10day tummy upset, doctor after doctors
and today I promised them Babycinos as they didn't want to go to the gp at all. We ordered 3x babycinos on almond (no dairy) atm and they were so courteous and generous especially with marshmallows. Thankyou for making a really tough fortnight exceptional in a single moment. That shows great customer service in just excelling for no gain of your own.

Wow! Briana who works at Zarraffa’s really took the customer level experience to a whole new level of standards. Not only was she greeting with a smile that would turn any ones day into sunshine but she really went that extra mile to go out of her already busy line of customers and helped me get my club loyalty card number that I needed to activate my membership to collect those great rewards and savings.

So Zarraffa’s excellence in customer service is so hard to come by. So I hope you read this and know that you have a little gem turning on the sunshine and making your business grow.

This is my favourite Zarraffa's store, and I've been to a few. The staff are awesome and know my order by heart despite it being a complicated order. Their coffees are consistent and always smooth and the seating area is always clean and tidy. Thank you Zarraffa's Carseldine!

Always great service and very good coffee! You can sit and read the paper (they provide a few copies), or get a takeaway to have on the way up the sunshine coast, which what I often do. It's in a very handy location outside Woolies and near Brumbys bakery.

Quick and pleasant, I actually really enjoyed my Almond Milk dirty chai and being in the suburbs it was one of the only coffee shops open on a mid afternoon Saturday. Literally Zarraffa's and the Coffee club where it, thanks for the decent hours guys.

It's always sad to see trolls criticise without justification. I'm a regular at Zarraffas Carseldine. They don't price gouge. Their coffee is consistently excellent, and they will remake your coffee if it's not up to their high standards. If you want to get cheap coffee that tastes like river silt blended with camel sweat, go to the coffee shop down the road. If you want good coffee at fair prices, Zarraffas is perfect.

Zaraffas coffee is my fav and carseldine store is kinda my home store always go there to enjoy delicious coffee. Good hospitality as well great place to have coffee while you out for grocery shopping at Woolies.
