Woolworths Carseldine

Easy access from car Park. Very well laid out large isles. Great variety of international foods. Plenty of self-serve checkouts. The only thing it doesn't have is pick and mix nut varieties. Produce is always plentiful ripe and yummy.

One of my favourite Woolworths stores because it’s not too big but it still has heaps of variety.

I generally still prefer to buy fresh fruit and veg from veg shop when I can because I find Woolworths fruit and veg doesn’t stay fresh for more than a few days.

Staff are friendly and helpful and it seems harder to get lost in this store because it’s more compact and they have kept store layout consistent. (Yay!!)

The check outs are not always manned and they seem to rely heavily on self-check outs which is harder with larger shops.

Easy to get in and out with minimal fuss and time delays.

Great undercover parking option. Variety of stores woolworths, Bakery, coffee, takeaway, water refill station, newagency, chemist & more.

Excellent service as always from Dane. Always happy and smiling. Some of the other staff could learn a lot regarding customer service from him.

It is always a pleasure to come shopping here. In addition, I always love the proximity to the Zaffrars coffee shop. I like myself, the clearance section, personally

Nice clean store. Very helpful staff. One young lady who helped me with the BBQ chickens was very nice. Fruit and veges staff are always around to help and the cold storage veges area are always fresh. One special mention is Denise. She helped me understand the limitation on the purchases very early in the panic buying time, and was very patient and kind to me. Thank you Denise, I appreciate you assistance.

Felt extremely bad for the man handling the trolleys today as a gentleman was verbally abusing him. Woolworths staff (and retail staff in general) don’t deserve that kind of treatment. I don’t know if you’ll read this Trolley man with the beard but keep your head up high, you’re better than these rude customers !

I don't usually write reviews but feel compelled to do so regarding DORELLE at the Carseldine Woolworths check out. I have shopped here for over 5 years. Consistently Dorelle displays cheer and courtesy. She amazed me the amount of times she goes out of her way to remember things you've previously mentioned and check in on how you are. She is actually the only check out assistant that has turned getting your groceries into a memorable and personal experience. She is a complete asset to Woolworths and management should acknowledge this employee for creating such an outstanding service. In this day and age customer service excellence is a dying trait that not many aspire too. Well done Dorelle you deserve recognition of your cheery disposition and character at the registers !

I really like this store. It's spacious and layed out well making it easy to find what you're looking for. There are also always plenty of staff around which you don't see at a lot of places these days!

Very neat and well organized and the staff are lovely! There was an elderly gentleman ahead of me in the checkout queue who couldn't figure out how to use the eftpos machine, the girl working the checkout was kind and patient and gave him a quick lesson. When he got confused and messed up the transaction she didn't rush him or take over, but kindly walked him through the process again. The patience she demonstrated is rare and was very heartening to see.

Besides the lack of body cleaning essentials at the moment.. generally pretty good. Clean, tidy, helpful staff, with employees continually stocking shelves.

Good job Carseldine location you have sold the most veggies in the last week than all the stores in your state.

Many, many thanks to your Carseldine store Customer Service Manager, Denise and the fabulous team there. Today my elderly Mum was shopping there and became unstable on her feet. Your team, made sure she was not in serious trouble, gave her some water, finished her shopping for her, offered to drive her home, called me to let me know, stayed with her until I arrived at the store and did a great handover to me, telling me exactly what happened. I'm so glad that Woolies is part of my local community. Thanks again Denise.

Didn't get her name but the lovely customer service manager at this store hand delivered my wallet to my house after I had been ripping apart my house for hours.
