Bubs n Grubs Baby Store

Ordered a maxi cosi pram travel system from Bubs and grubs on the 11/3/24 Was emailed the following day to Say that my order had Been received, and that there would be a five day turnaround for them to receive it at the warehouse. On the 18/3/24 was sent out for delivery arrived at my place on 20/03/24 was packed, amazingly, and boxes came without any damage. Was exactly what I ordered I would like to thank everybody Bubs and grubs for the amazing service and fast delivery will be buying from you again.

I was a little skeptical at first, but I'm now a multiple purchaser at Bubs n Grubs online store! Their range is excellent, their prices can't be beaten and their communication is above and beyond. I've never had a single issue and have referred a number of friends to their website!

I ordered a kiddy cot wooden play pen in store. I found the staff were helpful in arranging the order and were clear with postal information and pricing. The play pen was delivered within the week with no product issues. I was happy with product and service.

We went to this shop first time for our first baby. We met Jodie and Clare. They both were supportive and helped us exactly what we were looking for. They are so friendly with customers. If you are visiting this shop I'd highly recommend to see both of them. We definitely will visit them and shop for shopping in the future.

Nadia and Claire were super helpful and made the entire process of selecting our baby products so easy. There wasn't a stupid question and they provided us all the potential options. The store has a large range and meant we could get everything in one go.

My partner and I went in to have a look for a pram and car seat. It was so easy and straight forward. The two girls in the store were absolutely lovely. I ordered a stroller wagon from Bubs n Grubs online, the ordering process was easy and the store offered a great price for the wagon. My item was on backorder so there was an expected wait but I received the item in a good time frame. Very happy with my purchase.

I was abit skepital after reading the reviews but boy did Bubs n Grubs prove the reviews wrong!!! Ordered our playpen on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday!! It was exactly as advertised and the quality is great!! To add on, I also made a phone call after ordering online and the customer service was amazing and so informative and knowledgeable!

Despite it being a very busy time, the team promptly shipped out a backorder item as soon as it arrived into the store. This enabled us to receive the order in time for Xmas. Great people and nice to support small businesses.

Fantastic selection of items - I always find what I need. Today was my 3rd visit to the store and I appreciate how welcoming and knowledgeable the team is. Claire always provides exceptional customer service, always has a smile and always going the extra mile for me & my bub. We walked in to bubs n grubs as first time parents having no idea about prams or car seats. Nikita took at least an hour out of her day to come and explain all the features all the things we need to think about she was open honest and has so my knowledge. We will definitely be back !!

Claire & Judy in the cannon hill store were fantastic at helping me choose a pram for my 3rd pregnancy. They went through every single tiny detail on each of the 2 prams i had my eye on which ultimately helped me make a decision on the best one for my needs. Not to mention how patient they were with all my requests and needs (and i had a whole list) . I had my 2 girls with me in the store also and they were so wonderful with keeping them busy while i looked around. Honestly cant thank you ladies enough! Would recommend 100 times over! Looking forward to receiving my pram soon also :)

I purchased breathable mesh cot bumper set for my grand daughter. The product worked so well and stopped her getting her little arms and legs caught in between the cot slats. The price was very reasonable, the website very user friendly, customer service was very friendly, great product range and postage super quick. I like buying from small Aussie businesses especially when they take so much pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be back as we’re getting more grand babies
