Had a wonderful experience with Ally. I did not need to ask any questions as she was very informative about the iron that I purchased. Ally demonstrated to me how to use my Laura star. Could not wait to get home and set it up. Love it already.

Laurastar Brisbane offer the best customer service I have ever received. They are friendly and always able to help and even lent me an ironing board whilst my machine was being serviced so I didn't have to purchase one for a weeks worth of ironing.

Very friendly staff and willing to make you happy with your new purchase... great irons and awesome steam machines. Highly recommend their products and having a showroom in Brisbane is a major plus ! Thanks guys

I’ve just picked up my third Laurastar iron from the Brisbane store and could not be happier. I have been ironing with my Laurastar for over 20 years and would not use anything else. None of my previous irons broke down I just upgraded. Yes they are a considered purchase but the quality and time saving is worth every cent not to mention the support you receive is invaluable. Service wise nothing is a problem and they go out of their way to assist you with advice or repair.
Sitting on the fence?? get off and buy one, you won’t regret it :)

From the phone call to the visit in store the service was exceptional. Jason is knowledgeable and helpful with guiding the customer to make the right decisions on products and accessories. A phenomenal product with great aftercare.

Now have my second Laurastar Brisbane iron and just loved the friendly service and quality of product. My friend said why would you pay that for an iron - can I say after 13 years and still going I’ve spent less on time, effort, product and all for a superior product and my clothes love me for it! Laurastar Brisbane assisted my wife with a service after it developed a few minor issues. The staff were amazing and super helpful with showing some ironing tips. The after service from head office and the Brisbane office have been amazing. Highly recommend the team. Thank you.

Amazing service from Jason & Karen. Could not have been more helpful. I had an issue with my ironing motor , Jason suggested I bring it in or courier and he’d have a look at problem. One week later all fixed and today a call from Karen to say it’s being couriered to Noosa, saving us a trip to Brisbane. How refreshing to have such positive and supportive service. So very much appreciated.
