RSEA Safety Morningside

I had no idea what I was doing and Hayleigh (sorry if I spelled it wrong) saved my life! I needed fire warden gear for a new office and she made it such a simple and fun experience. A natural at customer service and a boon to the store. :) Thank you girl!

Thank you very much to Virginia at the Morningside store for providing exceptional customer service. I rang ahead to ask if I could put aside some shoes because I needed a last minute replacement before my work shift. When I arrived, Virginia was friendly, efficient, and highly knowledgeable about the correct fit for me. She also knew a lot about which brands and individual components of the shoe were manufactured in Australia. I was incredibly impressed by how professional and efficient my shoe fitting was considering I only had approximately 10 minutes to spare - thankfully I was off to work on time with my comfy new Steel Blue shoes! This store was recommended to me by a colleague and I would definitely return for future purchases.

Angie from Kedron store greeted me at the door and helped me get what I needed (start to finish) recommended Mongrel boots but I left with another pair - Staff at Morningside have always been helpful.
Better service than Coopers Plains where no staff interactions in an hour of being in store.

I cannot speak highly enough about the Customer service and professionalism of Victoria! I had a specific pair of shorts and pants that I wished to purchase. I rang around 10+ stores in 3 states. Nothing but dead ends and no help. She swiftly located each of the items at other stores, took payment over the phone and is sending them to Sydney for early next week. Victoria made the experience simple and hassle free! Thanks again!

Great store. Great parking and access. HUGE range of safety wear and equipment at great prices. Went looking for electrolyte drinks and were offered free samples of Sqwincher Sqweeze iceblocks which were SO refreshing. Male sales staff very friendly and helpful. Purchased a pack of iceblocks. Will definately be back.

Great range of work boots, especially some good American brands. Staff were helpful, and nice big store with good parking.

Dropped into RSEA at morningside yesterday and were lucky enough to be served and assisted by all 3 of the staff there.

Last two pairs of boots purchased from here were on sale for dirt cheap! Never seen blue steels anywhere else for this cheap will be going back again 😁
