Very professional Staff & Doctors. Dr Ana is the most relatable Dr for me.The service & advice she provides does not compare to those in alternative locations that I have tried. My health schedule is centred on her availability.Loyal patient right here.

I just went to the clinic for my appointment at the new address today. They have moved to 90 Burwood Rd Burwood which is on the other side of Westfield shopping centre now. It’s quite easily to find, once you’ve crossed Wilga St., they are the 2nd or the 3rd shop from the intersection.
I’ve been seeing my doctor at the clinic for many years, my doctor has always been patient with me and efficient with our appointments. I quite enjoy my appointments, I get in,get the job done, and get out. Simple!

I've been to Burwood Family Doctors for over 7 years now and all I have are positive words. I've seen all the doctors there (mostly Dr Pau and Dr Vicky) and I always feel like I'm in good hands. They are professional, caring, thorough, decisive and are quick to identify health issues before complications arise. The appointment times are not always on the dot, however, I never mind waiting as they take the time to really understand each patient. The receptionists are helpful and I like how they remind you when you are due for something. I'm grateful that I have stumbled upon this medical practice, great doctors are hard to come by these days. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone - in fact, a lot of my family and friends go to this practice now.

I have been going to the clinic for a few years. The front desk staff are always efficient and polite. I have seen a couple different doctors there, they are all professional. The offices are clean and well maintained which makes me feel safer to visit especially since COVID hit. Burwood Family Doctors is THE place to visit when any of my family members are sick or need any medical assistance

We have been with Dr Pau and Dr Thanujan for quite a few years now. They are both wonderful doctors and have always been understanding and knowledgeable. Even though it is a bit of a trek for us we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have been coming to this practice for over 10 years. I don't have to come often as thank fully I am not that ill. However Dr Anna is brilliant, she truly cares and although her appointments may run a little late it is because she gives her patients the time they need. My family members who visit Dr Anna really appreciate her care and thoughtfulness and we are very grateful to her.

The doctors here are very thorough and are excellent clinicians. All the staff are caring and professional. My family and I have been with the same doctor here for more than 20 years and we cannot be more pleased with the care we have received.

First time here today. Saw Dr. Francene. She was lovely and very nice and helpful.
But the reception should be a little more friendly and welcoming.

First GP I’ve been to in Sydney who actually seemed to care and took their time to diagnose me properly! Been misdiagnosed and talked down to so many times from other practices so nice to finally find someone who cares and knows their stuff.

Everyone there are so caring and accommodating! I love my regular GP, she is professional, understanding, and thorough. There is a reason why I travel 40 mins you car to get there!

Seen a few doctors here. All are female, some are pleasant some not. Guaranteed wait time of at least half an hour, even if you've made an appointment.

Went to a doctor there and got a wrong diagnosis. I called the staff and they refused to book me for any doctors. The reason they gave me was because my disease is quite difficult for them. Their attitude was very rude.. very bad experience..
