Best place to go with less budget , yet can buy a lot of things .
Unfortunately, today I didn’t get the slip resistant foam shoe of my size 6. It was out of stock .
But still is a good place for shopping , specially for the kids .

I'm a bit slow with writing a review that happened to me a few weeks ago, but the Burwood Kmart team do not have that problem. Very attentive and quick in helping with my bean bag situation. Special shout out to Noah who went up and beyond in helping me getting bean bag beans when there weren't on the shelves but at the back. My party was saved because of his caring nature.

He was surprised at my appreciation which was shocking. If everyone could be nicer to retail staff that would be great.

Burwood Kmart has only been my local Kmart store for 2 years and they have recovered well post pandemic . Staff are fantastic , if the store has it they will find it for you . I had forgotten a friends birthday , Monday dash to Kmart , website says in stock , store closing at 10pm . I make it just in time , puffing after a run up 6 travelators the young man at the entry says we are closed 9:55pm is the time . He could tell I had run to make it in time and after pleading my case , he let me in . Straight to customer service , manager tells me we are out of stock 😂. To the gentleman at the door for his common sense and initiative thank you , I would have spent $200 in 3 minutes if the stock was there. Tip always call the store to check stock , the websites are still incorrect . I called 3 other stores all in stock on website but the stores do not have stock . Great staff 12/10 but terrible website .

I am giving this 5 star review because of the excellent customer service I just recieved at Burwood Kmart in Burwood Westfield. Jasmine was at the door greeting and checking receipts. She was very friendly and professional when I entered the store and I asked her for a product and she directed me clearly straight to the product I was looking for. She is one to watch and will be very successful, and you should give her every opportunity in your organisation.

Lots to choose from and low prices. Self checkouts are always slow and busy..but that’s normal everywhere now.

Best Kmart store with all the essential stuff on a very reasonable price. You will find all the kit hen essentials for $1.50. There is aluminium grill which can be used for grilling corn and stuff. Gives you the feeling of BBQ.

Easy to park at Burwood Wesfield. One of the most cleanest Kmart around Sydney

Great for shopping well organised and very friendly staff too.

I was at Kmart Burwood on Tuesday the the 15th of August in the morning about 8.00 to 8.30. I was having trouble with the self serve machine.when a lovely gentleman fixed it up for me. I would like to say thank you

One of the best Kmart even been, a very nice Aussie guy greet me at the door, give directions and help fast, with a wonderful positive vibe. This have made my day better. Not lots of people who willing to do their job in their peak performance, but this guy change all my perception of shopping. That guy should have a huge promotion, or else i going to be disappointed at Kmart.

The team is always friendly and helpful at Kmart Burwood, especially Theodore!
We have had the pleasure of shopping a few times on Theodore’s shift, he makes us laugh and is always so uplifting to be around, makes shopping for boring stuff fun..

I have been to many Kmarts and BigWs. The one in Burwood is pretty much on par with the better ones. Clearance items are gone every time you go for them. After a rainy week, you are sure their iconic large dehumidifiers are totally gone. After Christmas shelves are a total mess, either they have unrelated items / wrong shelf labels, or they are just so very empty. The $4 wired mouse goes bad in about a week, and I got 3 before I gave up, and it is now $4.25.

That said, staff there are nice and friendly. Checkout assistants are helpful. Click and Collect is fast. Refund works. They said you get what you pay for. In Kmart Burwood, you get more than that.

Lauren ( with blonde hair ) was very helpful in helping me trying to find a organiser for shoes and went into the back and found the organiser i was looking for. Very pleased with my shopping experience last monday.

its a yes from me. they let me ride the bikes around all the store (yes, even the lingerie section). Theo even taught me how to ride a bike! Safe to say I don't need those training wheels anymore. Thanks Theo! Kmart burwood is so hospitable, I would pay rent if they let me. I then stumbled across Kmart Burwood again a couple months later where the staff helped me birth my baby. Thanks to said baby, I now have $200 store credit.

A great place to buy everything you need for your home at a very affordable price. They also have clothing, electronic gadgets, art and craft items, toys and more. Definitely suitable for budget buys.

Excellent place to shop. A variety of show rooms are there. There are places where children can play. Access to every one is easy. Good place to have fun with the family.

Rikaz is honestly the best dude!!!! I think I purchased half of Burwood Kmart via click and collect and he was soooooo accommodating and helpful! Legend.
