I was served by Zahra and was blown away by the amazing service I received. Her creativity and vision in picking my outfit was second to none and she honestly picked out all the pieces I bought without me even knowing what I wanted and am so happy with her direction and effort. Can not wait to come back for more!

I had an amazing experience with the staff here especially Kiara I believe her name was. Kiara was such a beautiful vibe for the store she was encouraging, super nice and defiantly knows how to add on sales. I honestly would just go back for her to style me because I loved and bought all the clothes she recommended. And also to add she found all my sizes at the back which is amazing she went above and beyond to find my size.

Had a really nice experience. A lovely guy named Angel helped me find exactly what I was looking for and we had a great conversation that made me feel like i was being taken care of and I was listened to, I don’t get that much in other clothing stores. I really dig the the vibe of the this place, will shop here again 😄

Walked in and the one store person was on her phone and didn’t even look up. There was easily 8-10 people in the store and no one was acknowledged. To top it off the dress I wanted was in a pile of unsorted clothes in a box behind the retail desk. Never ever had an experience with Universal that was so lacklustre in my life.

Very poor customer service! Will not shop there again!

Poor staff and poor management. Extremely unhelpful and rude. Will not be going back here again...
