Never come back to this shop again. Bought the headphone and it was broken as soon as opened the package. Haven't had a chance to put on my ears. Went to the shop and they refused to refund or exchange. Furthermore, they blamed me did not tell them the truth. Customer service is so rude and impatient. Really disappointed on their customer service. Don't know where the 5 star review comes from.

I brought balloons from kmart, they were happy to oblige but then one balloon popped and they charged me twice for the helium.

$31 for helium to fill 2 balloons and 1 foil balloon from their store.

Whilst I understand that as a business they wouldn't want me to bring something in from another store, I only came in because I didn't like the candle selection at Kmart and they could of said no but they didn't. They were more than happy to charge me $18 for helium and $13 for helium and 1 of their balloons.

Very unfair pricing happening here.

They have a good selection of cards. I am giving them one star ( Burwood store) because on Tuesday one of the workers directed me to their pricing for inflating the balloon with helium, which was $2 when I went back three days later, another worker said it was $2.50. When I questioned this and pointed at the pricing on display, she said that's the old price! They had just opened their new store only a couple of months ago. I didn't trust them but I had no choice but to pay the increased price because I didn't have time to look elsewhere. Not going back.

Came in on Thursday & ordered balloons for a party. The man explained that the balloon weights were included, so I went ahead & paid. I came to collect today & the lady tried to charge me for the weights. I explained that I already paid & showed her my receipt. The man came up & asked me to pay for the weights even though he said they were included a few days earlier? Why wasn’t I charged at the time of paying for the balloons? I didn’t have my wallet so they took the weights off the balloons - all for $3 when it was their fault. These guys are FRAUDS. Do Not Go Back!

Very poor customer service. That lady doesn't know where the products are, very rude and impatient. I will never go to this store again。
