Its been several years since iv been to burwood and ofcourse Target was one of the stores i had to visit and i have to admit it was clean neat and tidy for a busy day the store was well kept, i enjoyed my time shopping there, i will go back again

I recently ordered my children's Christmas presents online and selected click and collect from Burwood Target. Unfortunately when i got the items home i realized 4 times were missing. When i called the store i spoke with the store manager who handled the situation so professionally. She apologized profusely even though the problem likely did not even take place within her store as the order was packed by a total of three different target stores. She got back to me within an hour to let me know the missing items were there ready for me to collect and she really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had a wonderful customer service experience.

Great Target well laid out and clean easy to find everything

I recently visited Target Burwood to buy a Play Station 4. I called beforehand to confirm it was in stock. I spoke on the phone to an extremely polite and well mannered man named Chris from the electronics department. I was lucky enough to be served by this same lovely human when I entered the store and what a unique customer experience it was. He already had the console ready for me and I had mentioned a game I was interested in which was also prepared. Everything was ready to go and I was in and out of the shop within 10 minutes thanks to Chris' initiative and efficiency. I was delighted but upset our interaction didn't last longer.

Good covid hygiene. Clean and plenty of room to move through aisles. Store greeter knowledgeable and helpful about products and where to find them. Good prices and products.

I found things much more cheaper than anywhere else . Best place to shop, Have almost everything ones need. Well friendly staff for help as well. I love this place
