I am an owner of a unit in a complex and chairperson through a series of unplanned events we needed to find a new body corporate manager urgently. Capitol were suggested and able to assist us immediately to begin to unpack the past 5 years and ensure services were in place. I have found Julie to be professional in every way and the turnaround in management of our complex has been reassuring. I would like to commend Jodie Luckus for all her hard work and assistance in getting faulty meter replaced. Jodie coordinated multiple third parties to ensure the Body Corporate met their contractual requirements. Her "never say never" attitude was a breath of fresh air and it was a pleasure working with her.
