Alex super helpful with exchanging a power inverter for me this afternoon. Swapped me over to a more expensive model for the same price not a problem. Don’t get this kind of excellent service too often. Always a regular Jaycar customer but these simple kind gestures go a long way.

My go to place for any and all electronic components and spares. They have convenient trading hours, friendly and helpful staff. Not always the cheapest but certainly makes up for in convenience.

Visited here on the weekend and had some wonderfully honest service. Staff more than happy to admit that they didn't know as much as their colleagues and I was better off waiting for them, or recommending other areas of research before making purchases. Happy with the products I left with too.

The team here provide outstanding service. I'm a total novice and they were happy to explain solutions to me and never made me feel silly for not knowing anything about electronics. Super kind and patient, and best of all, gave me a great deal on the part I needed. Would highly recommend, especially for beginners seeking advice.

I went to Jaycar today with a broken neon sign. Dan went above and beyond to find a solution to fix it for me. Nothing was too much trouble, even entertaining my daughter! Amazing customer service. Super happy! Thanks Dan, you were a lifesaver today!

Fantastic service! I recently took my sons to Jaycar Enoggera to look for some replacement parts for their remote control cars, and the service from the staff was exceptional - greeted when we walked in, quick to answer our queries and ultimately received a great deal on 2 new toys. Sent my boss in to grab a few items & she was served by Alex. I believe he is the store manager. He was very helpful and very informative. Got all the information & items required. It was great to get some fantastic customer service. Will definitely be back.

Customer service was amazing n so full of knowledge and happy to give time even though we only bought a headphone jack. Store is well stocked and very well presented. So many amazing things in ship my lil boy ...and myself were in heaven.

They are a new store and staff are super helpful. The car park is small and you can’t turn right off Pickering Street as it’s a solid white line. Best to “click and collect” if you know what you want. Sign up for the Nerd Perks as it gives you $10 back for every $200 you spend.
