After having a not-so-great experience when I went in for an appointment and left after not being seen for over an hour and a half past my appointment time, I decided to contact them directly via email.
What I needed done was a simple request to get a written form to clear me from needing to be seen by a specialist.
I dealt with Amanda who is more than efficient at what she does! After a few emails back and forth and understanding my frustration, she was able to arrange for the DR to submit the forms that I was needing.
