Really tasty burgers. Way bigger than I expected. The chips were great. Didn't eat the icecream but the selection looked fun along with the ability to add your own mix-ins

This place holds HUGE nostalgic value for me, I used to come here heaps as a kid and somehow - despite a fire and rebuild - the chips still taste the exact same as they used to 25 years ago.

Staff are friendly, service is fast, and the food delicious. Literally the best chip shop in town !

Stopped in for lunch on a road trip. Bought the fully loaded burger and the hangover cure chips. First thing as soon as you get it you notice how heavy the burger is, and the you open it. Very tasty just couldn't get my mouth around it. Had to pull it apart and still couldn't finish it. You can definitely share it. Would be very happy trying all his burgers on the menu. Then can the chips with gravy, bacon and cheese. So good and tasty but definitely again big enough to share. The service was also excellent. The guy running the shop also making the food was very friendly and took some time to have a chat with us. Food and service is 5 stars all the way. I will definitely be back when in the area again.

Best place to eat in Armidale, by far.
Such a cool retro atmosphere, friendly staff, quick service and the food and food/drink choices is impeccable. Businesses like this are few and far between these days,
We live 30 minutes from town but sometimes just make the trip in to Neville’s plus the kids ask everyday after school if they can come here, possibly just ate the best pie I’ve ever had in my lifetime from here too.
An absolute gem, will be coming back here for many many years to come

Best takeaway around, and prices still very reasonable for what you get. I’ll always stop into Neville’s if I’m driving through town.

Great local store, food was surprisingly good - chicken wrap, fish & chips, burgers, all were of good quality.
The ice cream with lollies were fun for the kids.

Amazing place great food options and also different types of burgers on offer and great atmosphere will definitely will be back again for sure.

Most delicious burgers ive had in a long time.. maybe ever!!!

First time here, loved it. Quality of burgers is amazing only thing is I wish beef pattys had more salt and pepper and a little more sauce on the chicken burger. The chicken burger Hillary is a must have and the loaded fries are amazing.

On a recommendation of my husbands work mate we decided to try Neville’s burger shop on our way home from a holiday in Queensland 12/11/23
I’m happy we did awesome bacon egg wrap and milkshakes very enjoyable I would call in again if ever we are travelling that way

Wow... I can see why this place is so popular with the locals. Both the food and the place takes me back to my youth. Definitely better than the pretentious so-called gourmet burger joints in Sydney!

Look, you don't go to Nevs for health food. Now that that's out of the way, let me explain the store. You can smell the store from a block away on a wind free evening. You walk in and you know you're about to find something you want- loaded fries, burgers, fish & chips, lollies, soft drink, GIANT thickshakes and the most amazing gelato wall with a giant spread of toppings. Literally a wall with different gelato machines!
Their weekly specials are crazy and different with examples being a sour cream and chive pringle inspired chicken burger (with pringles), $12 kilo wings, brisket loaded hotdogs and a poutine loaded Canadian Burger. If you pull into Armidale then do yourself a favour and pop into Nevs any time of the year. Only regrets you will have are related to potential reflux or food coma. 5 Stars!

Neville’s Store serves some of the most tastiest, value for money burgers around. They are the best! They give the gourmet burger places a run for their money. Simple set up, enthusiastic staff, fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection, well thought out menu with lots of choice. You have to try their loaded chips too.

We each had a Nev Burger and 1 cup of chips (enormous). The burgers were delicious and very fresh. The chips were fresh and crispy. Highly recommend this establishment. Wish I lived closer...
