Dotti is starting to get some good quality pieces. Usually it feels quite cheap but I’m starting to see nicer pieces in their range which makes me come back every now and again to check on new styles. However the girls here are disengaged. They seem to really dislike their job and any requests seem like a hassle. A more positive upbeat attitude would go a long way. I needed to try on a size 6 which was on the mannequin in the window and they acted like this was almost an impossible task. I ended up offering to take it off myself as I work in retail. Eventually she just said she’d do it. My positive engagement with her shouldn’t have outshone hers but it absolutely did. When the size 6 didn’t fit right I couldn’t be bothered asking for another size and ended up leaving. Fitting room service is really important and with no one else in the store, this needed to be a priority for them.

In store this morning to return an item and purchase another. Lady serving Jenny very unpleasant and moody. Said she was tied. Terrible customer service

Poor service, was yelled at in the change rooms by a team member to see if everyone was ok. no engagement.
