I have always experienced an excellent level of service at this store. Today that service rose to an entirely new level when I drove through at about 9:30am. The young gentleman at the drive through afforded me a simple act of kindness in my hour of need that I will not soon forget! Individuals with these personal qualities are rare and I count myself fortunate for having met him! Further, genuine individuals of this quality promote your brand in our community as no other medium is capable.

Had a really nice cup of coffee theee this morning

Well, it's a McDonald's (or Macca's here). Food is consistent with what you expect. The staff is friendly and food came fast enough. Dining area is reasonably clean. And the staff got everything right for both of my complicated orders (dinner and breakfast on different days).

Always had great service and good meals for a Macdonalds. Last visit my hash browns were cold and my drink wasn't correct but they rectified my order promptly and pleasantly. Will certainly be calling back when travelling through next

I don't often have "fast food" but when travelling it's good to know what to expect, quick hot food, good coffee, pleasant service and clean facilities.

This was McDonald's meal #2 for me.. I can't say it was fantastic, but I arrived with 65 firefighters and we had 20 minutes Max for breakfast... They achieved! Great effort... Good team work from the staff..

Can't really recommend the food though.. But I guess it's the same as every other McDonald's in the world 🤤

Miccy D's best burgers and chips across all of Au NZ, hell maybe even the world

I've seen bad McDs and this is not one of them -- staff are always friendly, toilets are clean, and service is good. Of course it gets busy and slow on special days, like ANZAC Day morning for breakfast -- you'd need 3 McDs on days like this, but they'd be empty at other times!

Lately McDonald's armidale has been hit and miss anything ranging from wrong orders ,missing items to no sauce on the burgers but this time was perfect correct order, fast and hot ...I went old school with a large big Mac meal and it didn't disappoint...but as patchy as the service can be make sure you check your order as you leave

Drive-Thru: purchased double-shot iced latte with no ice and it was waiting by the time i arrived at the dispensing window. Great drink and exactly as ordered. Pity Tamworth wasnt this efficient

I stop here nearly every time I travel from Coffs to Tamworth or Narrabri.

Service is quick, everything is clean and the coffee is great.

Highly recommended if you are passing through Armidale.

Attended Armidale MacDonald today was served by a young guy KRYS was his name he was the most polite person I have met in a long time keep up the good work mate your boss should be very proud

It was good, the preparation was speedy and one of the crew called jack i think was super friendly and made the experience more "joyful".

Fast service for a fast food service joint. Always some friendly faces and very helpful if you need it. Self checkout also helps things speed up.
