She takes time to understand what your issues are and then works out the treatment and strategy to get you back to full mobility and more than likely a better place than before you had an injury! Guiding you along the way and where necessary changing your treatment needs to enhance your recovery. Amy explains step by step what is happening with your injury so you know what is going on. I can’t thank you enough !! I had a tear in my rotator cuff muscle and the pain was agonising, I did this at work in December and after 3 month in the tender hand of Amy I am happy to say I am now 95% better and ready to return to full duties. I have had to work during this time but with the help of exercises and a wonderful physiotherapist we have been able to prevent any further injury. Amy Naidoo you are an angel in disguise and thank you for coming to Armidale….. I would not have achieved this without you. HIGHLY recommend this practise and the reception team were amazing and entertaining xx looking forward to the TikTok posts lol

I had severe debilitating back pain and the morning of my appointment I could barley get out of bed let alone stand or sit. After a 1 hour session I was able to walk. And my next few appointments the pain was completely done. Can't recommend the team at Rusden Street Physio highly enough! Great job guys!

I had a simple knee injury and I was a little scared that I was not going to be to work for a while. I was rude, disrespectful, an ass really. The physio was calm, patient and quickly found the problem and and explained to me how to fix it. Assuming my behavior is better next time I would definitely come back.

Fantastic physio practice - professional staff with great skills who focus on your muscular skeletal and sports injury needs. Could not recommend highly enough!

Really helpful, friendly and efficient staff.

It used to be good, when I went there for massage therapy with Tara several times.
Then Tara left and did not go there until I injured my wrist.
The physio James was good and knowledgeable, considerate when touching sore parts of the arm and always asking permission.
Unfortunately I anyway had slow improvements, and after two months of sessions, James left.
He gave my case to another physio, I do not name him but the clinic knows.
First time I met the new physio, he knew nothing about my case, only that is was about a wrist.
I had to explain everything from the beginning, and when he was handling my wrist and arm, he was quite brutal and did not ask me if I was ok with certain movements, giving me more pain than before starting the session.
Obviously, I left the the practice and chose to get an orthopedic for my issue.

UPDATE AFTER MANY MONTHS:

it turned out even the first physio gave me the wrong therapy. A hand surgeon is telling me I should have rested with a splint, instead of doing exercises (even with weights), I might not be able to recover on my own now because of all those exercises. Not good for my wrist, still sore after months and months.

6 days ago I phoned for an appointment. Was so excited that they could see me in 2 days after my first phone call. 1 hour after making the appointment they rescheduled to the for the following week. I was like yes that's fine. I didn't expect to get into that week anyway and I had been hoping my back was going to get better.
This morning when my phone rang I thought they were calling to confirm I was still coming tomorrow. But no they were calling to cancel my appointment for the second time. An appointment I had booked for over a week that had been cancelled once already. Perhaps they should have used covid as an excuse. But no they said they decided that they were going to go to the nursing home instead! I'd been counting down the days until someone could see me. To be told no. I was told they could see at other times this week that didn't suit me. I'd planned a dentist appointment before I'd made the physio appointment. The earliest was Thursday another 3 days away.
I hung up the phone in tears and googled physiotherapists near me. To my surprise I got an appointment at 1pm today with a different practice altogether. They too weren't impressed when I told them what had happened.
I have since cancelled my appointment on Thursday and will never return or recommend MBFL again.
