What can I say about Asbestos Be Gone?! Mandy was absolutely amazing, extremely friendly, professional and full of advice. She understood my horrible situation and was more than happy to organise a quote. Richard phoned me promptly and was equally as professional, friendly and incredibly sympathetic. His communication was brilliant, advising me exactly what the process was. He treated my job with the utmost urgency and even scheduled me in as a priority on the same day. He was on time, incredibly efficient and looked at my property at great length in detail. He then went the extra step and provided me with a professional, highly detailed written report that he sent to me within minutes as a matter of urgency. Cameron, Adrian and Eden went above and beyond with the asbestos removal. They were all prompt, friendly and courteous. They took the time to explain the steps that they would take to safely remove the asbestos, and then afterwards showed me what had been done. I can't recommend ABG enough. If we ever have the need to remove asbestos again, I'll definitely call these guys back.

We had asbestos be gone come out and do a pre-purchase quote on removal of asbestos at a house we were going to purchase. Richard was fantastic in explaining the whole removal process and working through any potential hazards with us as we were planning to renovate the property. He addressed all of our concerns and answered my dozens of questions without skipping a beat - great to deal with. Have since recommended him and the business to family and friends.

I was extremely happy with Asbestos Be Gone and the level of service that they provided was well above the other companies that I dealt with... in fact, many of the other companies didn't turn up to their appointment times to quote at all. They even told me how to get testing done for free! Asbestos be gone was on time and kept the process simple. So refreshing to work with tradespeople who turn up on time, do exactly what they say they are going to do, don't damage anything they're not meant to, leave the place perfectly clean and charge exactly what was agreed!

Couldn't be happier with the service - correspondence to get the quote was easy and straightforward. The tradespeople turned up at 7am as agreed (actually they were there earlier and waited outside) which was good as I needed to get to work. When I got home from work I was very happy to see all the asbestos gone and that there was no dust left behind - you could tell they had spent a long time cleaning up. All the asbestos was stored neatly in a sealed skip bag which they then had someone come and collect. I got the invoice a couple of days later and it was exactly as quoted.

Asbestos Be Gone were amazing. They had an amazing team that arrived on time and coordinated the quick removal of external asbestos sheeting on our house. They ensured the site was clean and safe before they left. Highly recommend.

Richard was very professional, able to answer all our questions and walked us through the whole process. The team were willing to go the extra mile by squeezing us in on a weekend, which we very much appreciated. Outstanding customer service!
I had an emergency job come up that required asbestos to be removed as soon as possible, unfortunately it was Saturday morning. I called around and the only people to answer the phone where asbestos be gone, not only did they come and see me that day, their staff where more then willing to come do the job on a Sunday.
Both the management and the guy who came showed outstanding customer service and professionalism.
I will be contacting them in the future for my other properties and encourage others to do the same.
