Twice now I have entered this shop when the blonde woman has not even looked up from whst the was doing ! Let alone receive a friendly smile on my entering . Yesterday I walked right around the shop touching product and Looking at prices and not once did she glance my way . I then walked right out the front door , in her line of view but again no goodbye , no Thankyou , just nothing ! This is the second time this had happened in this shop with the same woman . There was also an older lady looking at product and she also was ignored.
If I did this in my job I would be sacked !! She offered no service whst so ever . I worked for Nonib years back at Unley and boy has your customer service deteriorated since then ... I work now in Roses a little boutique on Semaphore road and every one that enters this shop is welcomed immediately, our service is second to none ... send that woman down to me for a week I'll train her in the basics of customer service excellence !

Called the store to check if they had a particular Jacket in stock for my grandmother as the stores on the Sunshine Coast do not stock it. The sales assistant that answered huffed and puffed that she "had lots of other customers" and "how busy she was moving stock to another store". Safe to say aside from collecting this jacket (if it's even in stock) I will not be returning. Thanks for your assistance "Goldy".
