Pasadena Foodland

Hands down the best supermarket in Adelaide. We made the drive for the cheese bar alone which was absolutely worth it with like 50+ cheeses from around the world and that's just a tiny part of the store. There's a seafood bar inside, a bakery, butcher, a deli that does fresh pasta, a whole bar of fresh ground spices you can scoop yourself??? Plus everything that a regular supermarket has so you really don't need to go anywhere else. The woman working the cheese bar when we went was super knowledgeable and happy to help explain the flavours of different products, the floor staff were happy and having fun with each other and the checkout staff were efficient and friendly. I don't think you ever need to go anywhere else ever again.

Pasadena Foodland is a finest supermarket in Adelaide. They offer a wide variety of high-quality organic and international foods. You'll find great deals on many Asian products here. Additionally, they have a kitchen for made-to-order meals. It's a fantastic place for foodies and grocery shopping!

Fresh and huge variety of food, produce, bakery.
Had a meal at Mr Nick's for the first time; enjoyed Pad Thai and Hills Cider before continuing grocery shopping.
I don't normally buy biscuits but treated myself as per photos - didn't last a week too delicious!!!

A great experience and the huge Foodland supermarket has a unique food court at the back, providing a wide range of different food, drinks and customers are able to see how food is made, including their amazing wood fire made pizzas and sweets, which later go to other Foodland stores!

I did notice food and groceries are more expensive here than other Foodland supermarkets around SA. However, it is the experience you pay for as well as the quality.

The shopping centre is easy to navigate, has disabled access with lifts and escalators for easy access. The car park is a little tight and can be a little harder to reverse in and out for larger vehicles. It may need updating especially with the pedestrian crossings inside the small car park.

Staff at the Foodland are very helpful and friendly, definitely a great experience and a pleasant atmosphere!

I ❤ this Foodland. I always feel like I'm in Harrods, London. Such an amazing atmosphere with the smell of baking.
All the staff are so well dressed and professional. Huge amount of food to choose from. There are always great weekly specials and they always order plenty of stock to cover these specials.

OMG ! This place is amazing! Like a food Disneyland! Meats, veg, groceries, patisserie, deli, restaurant, spices, dried fruits, florist... if you can think of food, they've probably got it! And you can sit and dine nicely and have a wine.

Now this is a super market. Great produce and choice. I wish you guys where in Melbourne. You can even sit down and have a meal and glass of wine. Unbelievable. Please come to Melbourne

I came here this afternoon and now I know what my favourite supermarket in Adelaide is. This is just a great place that has a wide range of products. There is a fantastic spice bar where you can find many spices, dried fruits, and grains you need, and there are great dried herbs for you to make tea too. And hey, those Asian people who love to use goji in cooking, the spice bar does have goji berries! And crystalised ginger as well.

The Asian aisles and Asian veggie and fruit stall are also great because on these you can find many items that you normally can see in only those Asian grocery stores. Durians, jackfruits, pandan leaves, eels, wonton wraps, straw broom, mooncake, etc etc. This is very inclusive from my perspective. Love it very much and will come back often.

The best grocery store in the Southern Hemisphere by far. The display of the fresh veg are amazing and to be able to have a fabulous lunch inside is great. Their seafood is value for money as well. It's fantastic!!

Fresh produce and seafood. Highly recommended. They also have a nice bakery section with a wide range of selections. Better experience at Pasadena than Frewville.

Can you really describe a super market as an amazing experience? Not usually, but this will change your perception of what it means to shop. Truely a shopping event and there is no question it deserves it’s honour of being South Australia’s greatest super market!

This place is self proclaimed the best supermarket in the world and I’m not sure they are wrong. Fantastic produce local and abroad. There’s a gin bar in back… and a oyster bar… and a dessert bar. This place is possibly the best spot for food in Adelaide maybe the country. Have a few drinks and some oysters the go shopping and then dessert. So many possibilities. Everyone was super friendly and helpful- shout out to Adrian at the register who was very entertaining.

Oh boy this is stright up FANCY grocery shopping. On most days there is even a guy playing piano in store! There are seperate bakery, seafood, and butcher sections, and the fresh nuts area has some of the best dukha you’ll find. Can get really busy at times so try to time your visit.

Best food store I've been in. Specialty departments in store with fresh food on display, meat, fish,bakery, coffee and just about anything else you can need.

It's not just a supermarket; Pasadena is a whole experience, and for that, it's owed 5 stars. I love just walking around and experiencing the unique sections. Picked up so many yummy baked goods too.

We shopped here today and we were blown away by the variety of produce is available here! Asian, Italian, Greek, Mediterranean, you name it, you will be able to find it here. This is the only supermarket I know to have a Salumi bar! Yes, a bar serving salumi platters, carved right from the bone. Very impressed. The spices section can rival the spice market in Dubai. Definitely worth a trip!

Stopped at Foodland Pasadena for the first time. It won't be the last. A big spacious store with lots to buy, and try. You can buy coffee, snacks, and general food.
A very clean store with a great variety to choose from. Bought a slab of 24 X 600 Mls bottles of water for $4.00. that is 17c a bottle. Excellent special. Pro active on special for $7 and whiskers in jelly on special for $9.50. plus a few Christmas treats.

This is indeed a destination outlet. What's not to love here? Apothecary, Organics, Deli, Patisserie, Great Food, Live Music, we just love it all.
