Seacliff Beach Hotel

Holiday from Brisbane, we were after a place on the beach to have fish and chips. The Seacliff Beach Hotel was the perfect place. We got a tabled on the verandah looking straight out to the beach. To top it off the fish and chips were some of the best we have had. The fish was so fresh and the crumb light and crunchy. Friendly staff and a good wine list topped it off.

Booked the upstairs function room for a family & friends gathering to remember my Mum and my Brother.

The Events Manager was compassionate, kind, so very helpful, and had a genuine interest in making the event special.

The staff member for the event on the day was so accomodating, caring and went above and beyond to ensure the room setup, display table and projector services were all as I’d like.

The venue was just beautiful. Super easy parking and access, the room was lovely, and the meals were served quickly, really tasty and good value.

5 stars to a great venue, service and atmosphere. Just perfect 😊

A lovely place for lunch or drinks fantastic views just sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. Great place to catch up with friends.

Nice view in the evening, food was great. Only complaint is food came after 40 mins of ordering on the QR code menu and it was a bit too long. Wasn't jam packed but quite busy.

Cannot fault our experience today.
We ordered using the QR code on the table. Our food arrived quickly as we were very early for dinner.
All meals were delicious and a generous serving.
The staff were also friendly and helpful.
Would definitely come back.

We had a three course Christmas dinner. The ambiance was cheerful and relaxing. The food was excellent and all courses were served promptly by friendly, efficient staff. We even had an unexpected and delightful visit from Santa.
Thanks to all the hard working people in the kitchen for the superb food, and thanks to all the friendly and attentive staff dealing with the public. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Decent vibes for a Monday night, quiet enough to nab a table out the front for dinner which was lovely as the sun set. Good special for imperial pints, we unfortunately had a minor hiccup with a long wait on some chicken for our ceaser salad but one of the employees Ethan was so helpful and friendly, he went out of his way to ensure it got fixed. Very much appreciated!

It was a pleasure to have lunch at the rooftop bar of the Seacliff Beach Hotel, with a lovely view of the seaside. I enjoyed my crispy salmon which was swimming in a tasty salad and curry sauce. Best part of all were the desserts, the chocolate melty cake (with housemade vanilla icecream and raspberry coulis) and the chocolate tart!

Really enjoyed my afternoon here ( and I won money so that makes it even better). Staff were polite and friendly. Place was clean and quiet.

Lovely venue with spectacular views of the ocean. I had a great steak cooked to perfection, chips and salad. The staff were welcoming and always had a smile and so polite!! Private carpark out the back.

Great pub, probably the best there is along the bay.

Another Wednesday night Drag Bingo. So much fun. Many attended the night, meals served timely...

We had this lovely view for dinner which was amazing. Busy Friday night. Food was pricy but excellent, not a huge fan of the QR code menu system. We had the wings, nachos, lamb shank, and more. Everything was absolutely delicious 😋 Thanks for a lovely birthday dinner!

Upstairs on a Sunday afternoon. Only shared a couple of bowls of wedges, so can't comment to much on the food... Did see some amazing looking platters going out to other diners, though. Staff were always on hand behind the bar, likely because it wasn't to busy. Live acoustic music... Might have been nicer for both us and the performer, if he'd been positioned closer to the front windows. On the odd occasion I visit the Seacliff, I often think that one day In going to have to make a full Sunday sesh or of it: lunch, drinks, dinner. In the meantime, always happy to drop in for a quick and casual bite, drink and catch up.

What a beautiful hotel! Stunning location and the staff are amazing. I recently booked the hotel for a function and the Functions Manager couldn’t have been more helpful. She went out of her way to ensure the function ran smoothly and that every detail had been attended to. So grateful - thank you!
