Target West Lakes

Target is a great store with friendly staff willing to help it's also great place for big men and women to go I have great clothes and sizes experience was good

KURT was very helpful and checked out the back for the products I was after when the shelf was empty, He could have easily said they were sold out - with out even checking. But because of his effort I was able to get the items I was after. And MONIQUE at the door and check out, warm and friendly service with a smile. These two team members need a pat on the back

Looking for a warm winter jacket, n guess what? Had exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Picked up some fabulous new socks as well. I always shop with a purpose in mind, so mission accomplished in a very well laid out n exceptionally clean store. Congrats Target. 👍👍

West Lakes shopping centre is a refreshing change to other shopping locations.
So clean , shopper friendly and always have what we are looking for.
Shop , dine inn ,relax.

Had a great experience at Target today with the shopping centre being clean the aisles were clear and accessible to the public, team members were available to ask questions and check out was easy everybody seems happy to be at work and this was passed on to the customers

Yesterday I had the best customer service from Caleb in the entertainment area with a mobile phone for my elderly Mother. He was just so amazing and spent ages helping me. So good he was. Should be employee of the year.

I had to return a faulty item that I had already unpacked & threw away the packaging. The Customer Service girls were brilliant. Professional & quick service & a full refund given. Well done Target!

The clerk working in Target with what sounds like an American accent, not only does her job amazingly, she herself is also a wonderful women that you don't see very often these days. Thumbs up!

Great store set out but staff seem to be all young and lacking retail experience. Waiting at counter etc

Target toy section has gotten better! Kids clothes are also much nicer quality and my kids love em :D

Easy, convenient and well priced... the only thing I dislike about it is the checkout because there is no people working only those self serve checkouts... that is so impersonal.

A woman named Mee helped us with our Xmas shopping, she was wonderful, we had trouble finding the items we wanted at several stores, she went above and beyond for us and made our shopping experience very convenient and happy...

Quantity of stores went down, and quality of stock went up. Range and presentation the obvious new focus point. Excellently executed.

Its target so you know what to expect. Very convenient location in the Westfield's shopping centre with plenty of parking and easy access.
