Went to buy my young grandson a pair of soccer boots but they did not have any in his small size. The tall, young salesman was very helpful with advice on when the new seasons boots come in and where I might be able to purchase a pair in the meantime. Thank you.

We bought shoes for my teenage daughter and my 4 year old angel,Cole was exceptional in servicing us as well as was quite patient to give us the best deal by balancing the fit,style and price. We will definitely come back again..again.. and again !

I don't normally write reviews, but I received such outstanding service that I think I really should.
I had an issue with a Garmin watch purchased about a year prior. The staff member I spoke to spent about 20 minutes with a compressor trying to fix the issue, before offering to send it back to Garmin for them to repair/replace it. He was knowledgeable, and his efforts made a significant improvement to the issue, even if he couldn't completely fix it.
They then kept in touch, and let me know as soon as Garmin got back to them.
I went into a different store (Adelaide city), and they helped me try on a number of different options, despite knowing that I would be going to the other store to collect. Again, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff.
Finally, the collection/upgrade was simple and easy.
