JB Hi-Fi West Lakes

Bought a headset splitter cable on my busy day.
As i arrived they have a very helpful staff at the entrance who leads me to the right section. Another staff help me in getting what i need, paid to counter and it made my day easier by getting into it quickly. Very helpful and highly recommended.

Served by Spencer, great lad. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what I needed. Went back next day with connection issue. Fixed on the spot. Connected no problem.

Great customer service and helped me with the phone I wanted even though West lakes store didn't have it but still called Marion to see if they had it for me.

The short guy with the beard and tattoos was very helpful, I think his name was Karen? Never meet someone so knowledgeable and helpful with picking out the camera I was after.

A great variety on display, its really good to be able to see and touch before you buy. Its always worth a look into anytime your visit west lakes.

Computer sales person was extremely helpful. E.V She was very knowledgeable of what we were after in a 2 in 1. Helpful in helping us make a decision of what was best for our usage. Didn't try to sell us anything we weren't looking at & assisted in helping keep in our price range.

Excellent service from Cam and Karan! I have had bad internet for a while and explained NBN was unaffordable for the minimal internet I use, needing something flexible, reliable and will work in a double brick house (preferably a dongle/portable so I can take it with me when my lease ends/take it on holiday). They bent over backwards to help, they spent ages searching the store for this 'elusive' dongle to show me, and even when I decided on the model down they were still so friendly and helpful afterward, unlike other customer service experiences I've had. I ended up on a no-lock-in 5G JB-Hifi plan (via Telstra) that is cheaper than all the NBN out there, is portable (my dongle is FANCY and I got a $250 voucher to put toward it from signing up on the plan), I have speeds of 84Mbps currently (I was lucky to get 4Mbps previously) and they set it up, created my account, organised direct debit and tested it all to make sure it was working before I took it home. Couldn't recommend them enough! Very grateful for their amazing service! Thanks guys!
