So much variety in this space! Huge range of magazines, birthday cards and quality wrapping paper. Everything stationery and the opportunity to win a million or two in the lottery. They're due for a big win soon - why not make it you?

On top of the sign which I pointed out the lady still charged the surcharge on a $50 spend. She blamed her boss for the sign. She said the surcharge is different for lotto. Never had this at other newsagents before. Maybe she was annoyed that I stood patiently waiting a few minutes for her while she completed her paperwork at the counter and ignored me. Maybe a ‘won’t be a second’ or some attempt at acknowledging a customer would’ve helpful. But no ride from start to finish. Yeah it’s only lotto but I’ll choose elsewhere moving forward. If I could give zero stars I would

Illegal 7.5% surcharge for card purchase! I like to support small businesses but this one doesn't deserve support.

I am moving suburbs and this is my local. If you look here one lady is consistently described as rude. Today I almost snapped at this individual, who I believe is the Indian lady. I never snap at anyone, I am know for my patience. However, this passive aggressive, smug, rude, condescending and infantile person is enough for me to redirect me from this space.
You will know her when you encounter her, infamous for being awful. Congratulations.

Customer service is horrible. Lady is rude and doesn’t know how to speak to customers.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The workers / owner is so rude and not helpful. Would not waist my time or money at this newsagent. Stay away and go to local newsagents who are friendly to customers.

Didn't have labels to print a return shipping label and lied by saying they're unavailable to order in. Waste of time and oxygen.

Staff soooooo rude, asked for stamps and they said we don't sell stamps then rolled their eyes and laughed amongst the staff at each other as l walked out.

Didnt answer the phone for 4 days and it always went to a voicemail that was full. When they finally decided to answer they had sent back my package. Just answered the phone with Hi, no business name or greeting. Very rude on the phone. Seems to have no clue how to run a business and didnt care about the customer at all.
