Coles Kellyville

Today while shopping I dropped $50 at the trollies. I realised as I was paying. I walked over to the information counter and my money had just been handed in by one of the workers who collects trollies (Ahmed I hope that's the correct spelling) both he and Komal were amazing I'm so grateful to have a Coles that has such honest people working there. Thank you to you both and all the store employees.

Reading some of the reviews here I’m appalled that reviewers are so petty. Perhaps don’t go to the store at closing time to ask for a refund or buy anything. Common sense. Also, the store does exactly what it is advertised to do. Whether Woollies or Coles they are reliable in the product and the service , they generally take returns as long as you haven’t done anything ridiculous like come without a receipt or after having consumed the whole product before deciding it wasn’t to your liking, or you broke it yourself, and we know you did buddy!. They open and close at reasonable times. Contrary to the comments made here this store is not racist for gods sake. They are multinational employees at this store. Cmon people you’d think this store was selling the elixir of eternity and the solution to ED. it cannot solve your life problems. Just behave. It’s a store. It works.

Very spacious store well laid out with wide aisles. It’s a bit crowded at the entry where the fruit bins (in my opinion) are too close to the entry and prevent easy access to the rest of the store, especially at busy times.

Nice convenient store , great shopping centre with WW, C and A altogether 😉

I love Coles Kellyville it's got everything in one place. I know exactly where everything in Coles is and I very rarely have trouble getting what I am looking for, thanks... quick and easy

Shout out to your team member Rachel. She was kind enough to help me with a problem with my groceries. Also, for the years I have been there she has always been impeccable in her conduct, pleasant to interact with.
I hope this review leads to recognition she obviously deserves.

I love my wife very much but she always messages me while I'm at the checkout to get something. It's frustrating to say the least. Today Shayln at Coles saw this and went out of the way to help. She put my bags aside so I could run in back to the store. Definitely saved me quite a bit of time from all the back and forth.

Normally did my shopping at Woolworths but I have been consistently impressed by the Coles staff at this store. In particular Alex from the meat department and Nilesh who both went out of their way to help me on different occasions. Many thanks to them and all the staff there.

Great staff, who are always friendly and helpful, great store with wide variety of products, always clean and organised.

One of my favourite coles to shop at in the hills district area. Everything makes sense and love the placement of all products & fresh foods. It's also convenient as the reject shop, a lovely local butcher, a fruit shop, chemist and a medical centre are just steps away. Coles also has amazing staff members who always make you feel welcomed.

Well stocked , plenty of staff on the floor to help and at registers. Clean and accessible.

I like this store as it's well stocked, logically laid out and had the big clothing secretion.
I was served by a boy named Brandon (Brendan?). Very young, but great people skills, initiated conversation that didn't feel like a 'tick-a-box' small talk. He was efficient and very polite. Definitely a stand out.

i love the staff here, except for the lady in customer service, talks too much and is so loud. i asked for Mejdool dates which had ran out on the display and the amazing staff member got it for me from the back. everyone should have a 1$ raise!!!!!

Love the instore coffee machine maker. Specially the almond milk Option.
Then saw the mochi and macaroons! Was so happy.
The ready made lunch options are great! I am looking forward to trying the bento box.
Deli and Bakery sections look amazing. As do the fruit and veg. Good qaulity and reasonable prices.
Lots of gluten free products available and clothing items.

One stop for all grocery products

One of the best Coles stores I've ever visited. From recollection the store is 5000 square meters, it is huge. Accordingly it has a massive product range and good stock levels. Of particular note, the in store bakery is excellent.

Always a delight to visit this store. It's always lovely and clean. Store displays are always neat and tidy. Hw store has a lovely welcoming feel. Conveniently located at the top of the travelator from the underground carpark.

Good market. Nice place.
