Oakridge Wines

Oakridge was our first stop in the Yarra Valley and we are certainly glad it was. We booked the tasting in advance but it looked like they had some available for walk ins as well. The scenery is beautiful and the wine is even better, so great that we bought a couple bottles to fly back to the US with… and when we got home, it was confirmed that we still loved this wine!

We came here today(14/0124) for our wedding anniversary and we had a great time here at the restaurant.we had the 4 course set menu with the pairing wines and highly enjoyed the dishes and the drinks. Our 6 year old son also with us and the staff catered for his needs very well. The service was excellent and didn't have to wait too long for each courses. Another plus was we were able to charge our Tesla while we dined for free. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to visit the place again.

Must come here n try the lunch and wine pairing!! Service was top notch. The star of the meal was actually the freshly inhouse baked bread with the homemade butter, absolutely to die for!!!! I love the fact that whenever possible ingredients are either house grown or house made. Everything is so fresh! Portions were very generous with the view of the gorgeous vineyards. How I wish to be back🤩

We had an exceptional lunch at oakridge on a rare clear day over what was a gloomy weekend. Opting for the 3 course $100 option with a glass of wine each we rolled out of the venue. Standouts we’re the giant juicy asparagus and artichoke in the first course. Trout for the main was melt in your mouth and the lemon dessert was the perfect blend of chilled tarte sweetness!

Wonderful dining experience for Father’s Day! Food and service was faultless. The starting platters are delightful and I had the Murray Cod for mains and hubby had the pork. I particularly liked my dessert of toasted brioche with ice cream. Impeccable… Such a wonderful setting. Wines fabulous. Thank you.

We are overseas travellers and we tried couple of different wineries, the Oakridge wines were by far the best ones! You can taste amazing wines with wonderful grape yard view and lovely lady Kary (not sure the spelling) helped us to enjoy our experience!

I would say visiting Oakridge has been our best tasting experience in Yarra so far! Big thanks to the lady staff who delivered the tasting session, with her professionalism and passion , we have had an extraordinary experience with a much better understanding on the terroir and wines. All the wines given in the tasting menu are absolutely beautiful, especially the willowlake Pinot noir and original vineyard cab, so much elegance and complexity within. Now I’m a big fan of oakridge and excited to try more wines in the future!

My wife Rosie and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Oakridge today and thoroughly enjoyed the environment, the ambience, the wonderful waitresses, plus the delightful food and wine. Probably the best meal we have had in many years. We had a 2 course and 3 course meal (shared the dessert), plus selected our own wines for each course. The entree was overwhelming - 5 dishes that we shared and each very tastefully prepared with my favorite being the warm just baked bread and local olive oil. Our mains were just perfect, lamb for Rosie and smoked ocean trout for me. Perfect balance, not too large (after those entrees) and enjoyable to the last mouthful. Our first dining at Oakridge and hopefully not our last. Plus the wines were excellent. Well done guys and gals. Top marks from us.

My Boyfriend surprised me with a very special Birthday lunch here on Sunday. Everything was absolutely flawless. Charlotte our waitress was exceptional, her service was 5 star and knowledge of the wine and food was next level. Thank you Charlotte and all the team here at Oakridge Wines. HIGHLY recommend for an extra special memorable day out. Lynne was also another staff member who was extra lovely too. Loved it all! Thank you!

Came here to celebrate my birthday with my family, and had an amazing time. The food was exquisite, our favorite was the trout and the asparagus. Our waitresses were lovely and very attentive, constantly checking up on us! Overall, 10/10 experience.

Really enjoyed the wine tasting experience today. Was hosted by Lucian, whom was very friendly and knowledgeable, and shared plenty of interesting details about how each process will determine how the wine will turn out to be.
The estate is well maintained and picturesque.

We had an amazing lunch here at Oakridge. Food and wine were excellent, great view of the vineyard from the restaurant. Servers were super friendly and helpful with suggestions.

Fabulous wine and food experience with killer mountain views. This restaurant holds 1 hat and is no surprise how they got it. They have a degustation menu and the first course alone will blow your mind. We chose the food and wine match and every course was expertly paired. Lara (+Jervis) were our hosts for the lunch and she was thoroughly charming and engaging. Overall the food was a 6 out of 5. Shifting gears we moved to the cellar door and the delightful Ash hosted us there. It was hard to pick a favourite wine so we decided to buy them all. Yum

Nice cooked tender Yeringberg lamb paring with 864 Henk Aqueduct Pinot Noir 2022. Pinot is particularly suitable for Asian taste. Cabernet Lees coloured sorbet with baked chocolate cake is also nicely done.

The staffs are very friendly especially the young lady and the manager who served us today. The food is delicious and the white wine that we ordered is good! My mum had a great time today as we came here to celebrate her birthday. We are so happy with the food, wine and the service provided! Thank you!

This restaurant and winery is impressive on every level. Great customer service throughout and the restaurant one of very best winery restaurants you will find. The four course menu is outstanding, utilizing locally sourced ingredients and perfectly balanced flavours, the kangaroo dish was exceptional. An absolute standout experience.

Beautiful panoramic scenery at wine tasting room enjoy the company from staff for each bottle that they serve us.

We enjoyed a wonderful matched wines 2 course lunch in idyllic surrounds, to celebrate a 70th birthday. Laura and Daniel our waitstaff looked after us superbly. The food and matched wines were awesome, and we are making plans to return soon. Very highly recommended.
