During our time at JB-HI FI Marion today we got to speak to an awesome employee named Brandon. Not only was he super helpful, but he was also fast passed, charismatic and extremely focused on the guest experience. He helped me and my boyfriend both with a switch and a go-pro and at a reasonable price! Very impressed with this kind of customer service as usually we feel either ignored or rushed into decisions. Well done Brandon :)

This store has been upgraded and was pretty amazing. It is massive and even has its own coffee shop in there. It was extremely busy on a Saturday but might be slightly better on a weekday. The staff are very nice and patient and genuinely seem to want to help you get what you need. You need to allow plenty of time to find someone to help you and then line up at the checkout but I was very happy with the outcome.

I knew exactly what I wanted. Someone quickly unlocked the cabinet, talked through extended warranty, for me in the checkout line while getting details and I was out in about 5mins. All smooth and easy.

Got served by Benji today, he was incredibly friendly and extremely helpful when it came to purchasing a camera. He even put in effort after I left the store to call up other stores to ensure they had the product I wanted and put it on hold for me.
Absolute legend!

Great place to get most of my technology. I really appreciate the click and collect for being able to compare technology of things that are actually available. Prices are competitive.

Very helpful service and excellent advice about a new mobile. Also bought a big button, plug in, home phone for my elderly mother which only requires a pre-paid sim card. JB always have great deals on new phones and internet plans. Check them out!!

Brandon helped me today and that is the second person from JB’s in the past week who has been so helpful, so It deserved a review.
He was very patient, helped me with comparisons and even asked the manager about the return warranty on a watch.
Took the time out to help and advise where he could. I ended up buying the Garmin Fenix 7S! Thanks Brandon for helping through the silly season and still have patience!

Good selection of TVs and Games. Decent prices and will price match when needed

Great place with the great understanding of what you need for your technical support. They also have specials that are really good. You can take advantage of if you shop correctly. they are wonderful and I will come back for more of my purchases at the Marion JB Hi-Fi.

I bought an Acer laptop a few days ago .l am really happy with the product and level of knowledge and service i got from the person selling to me. His name was Rik. I recommend this store and sales staff , give them a try .

I like the products they sell, but this store is so jam packed with items, you feel like one false move and you'll break something. Cramped with narrow aisles and a feeling of being overwhelmed with all the products. That being said, they are about to relocate to another site in the centre, so hopefully these issues will be addressed. I did find the staff to be friendly and helpful.
