Amazing service and staff…special shoutout to the employee Summer Goddard…real hero when wanting to find what isle to go down. Honestly at this point give her a raise👏🏼

Needed to buy large drink bottle. Asked one staff where to look. Good instructions, eg aile number. Then my.next item same courtesy direction. Very comfortable in this place.

Nice and bright and clean good specials. DO LIKE DELI SET UP ESPECIALLY STAINLESS STEEL BOWLS 👍👍COULD INCREASE STAFFING THIS AREA 👍

Attention Manager Ben. I visited your store November 20 at 8:50pm Only to find staff had blocked the entrance to the store, is this usual practice. Other shoppers ignored the obstruction and entered so I followed collected what I needed and left at 8:58pm. Curious Why you don't want our business, perhaps making enough money? If so congrats & message received I'll stop shopping at Coles

I find Cole's the best organized retail, at least in Marion. I couldn't say about the cost, but seems competitive. And you get everything, almost

Huge compared to my local Coles, with a huge variety, if it was closer and not in a Westfield complex I'd shop here all the time

Rarely ran out for essential items. Very well stocked and brilliantly organised

Located on the first floor inside of a busy major shopping centre! Has a large bakery and fruit and vegetable area, the aisles are easy to access and the shelves comprehensively stocked! Lots of self serve counters and registers, never had problems finding items and always has great reductions and clearances! Nice clean spacious supermarket!

A good 'go to' store, for all the essentials. Well-stocked. Friendly staff

Very bright and airy since the renovations.
It's a well laid out store that never feels cramped.
Not a fan of the self serve conveyer belt check outs.

I had the great and unexpected experience at Cole's today and cannot thank the staff enough. Here is what happened. I forgot my wallet at the check out counter after paying for my groceries and realised I do not have it with me only after I reached home. I panicked as I did not know how I really lost the wallet and all my credit/debit cards, about $1000 in cash, my driver's licence and my identity card were in it. immediately I headed back to Westfield Marion to see if I could find it, which I thought was very unlikely. My wife who was not home att called me while I was on my way and said I have left my wallet at Coles and they have contacted her. I was so relieved but also very surprised that they were able to contact her as I did not have her number in my wallet. Turned out, Mark, (the manager, I think) found that I had a Medibank card and he himself went to Medibank branch in the shopping centre and were able to get my wife's number....

He handed me my wallet after couple of questions to make sure it belonged to me...
