Young shop assistant Corey went out of his way on a very busy morning (23/12/23) to help me try to find an item (a jigsaw puzzle mat) that was apparently in stock but could not be found. He was also polite, friendly and patient, all good attributes for a shop assistant. Well done Corey!

I recently went shopping for Christmas presents and was struggling to find what I was looking for. Amy was absolutely amazing. She spent the time to make me feel more relaxed and helped me find what I was looking for. A true asset to the company. 😊

I had a lovely lady help me try to find an item (shower caps) I was looking for, sadly there were none left, but she came back to me with the information that they were due in within 1-2 days. It's so nice to get assistance these days, it doesn't happen often. Thank you to that sales assistant in health and beauty!

Great place to shop, was visiting from interstate n able to secure all my purchases. Food court was diverse n well priced.

The store is well laid out and has big inside everywhere, so finding the items you're looking for is a breeze. The aisles are wide, too. The staff are very friendly and helpful and friendly and went above and beyond with their assistance. It's rare to receive the level of great service offered. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I definitely recommend shopping at Big W Marion.

Always have special offers and sale items, carry plenty of stock! Open 7days.However not enough staff around when you need assistance, could employ more staff on a busy day !

So impressed with the customer service I received from Kathy in the Party Store at Marion this morning. I needed to order balloons for an up-coming 90th birthday & Kathy went out of her way to assist me with design & colour selection & providing me with information for if I need to amend my order down the track. I’ll be back to see Kathy for all my future party needs!
