Thank you I had an appointment and they didn't make me wait which was great as I had to be somewhere else.
I was pleased to have my phone number transferred over from Boost Telstra to the 180 GB plan and my phone was operating with Telstra by the time I walked out the door.

I had to change to Telstra because I wasn't getting any reception with Optus in Lake Bunga. The staff at Telstra Bairnsdale were amazing. The meet and greet was very helpful, got things sorted and I was put in a queue. Was able to leave the shop ( keep my place in the queue! ) and got a call back in 15 minutes. Team member Skye was a great help and got me switched over. The rates are comparable, and now I've got RECEPTION!! Thanks 😊

Always a pleasure to come to this store. Michelle and I come down here from Darwin about every two years to visit the grandkids and we take the opportunity to renew contracts/phones/tablets. Allen has always looked after us exceptionally well. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoy the experience!

I live abroad, but have an elderly parent in the district. Each time I've needed to contact the shop from abroad to organize my father's access to the internet, the personnel have been not only affable and professional, but also extremely efficient. 5 stars ... these guys all deserve a pay rise!!

Excellent service at this shop. Although the shop had many customers at 9.00am they were all served immediately. Ben was knowledgeable and helpful and quick. Highly recommend.

I’ve had experiences in many different Telstra stores across the county , and I have to say Telstra Store Bairnsdale far exceeds the level of customer service I’ve experienced in others.

Sure there can at times be wait times , however in this busy modern world we live people except everything now and forgotten patience .

They always do what they can and go over and beyond giving a personalised experience .

After being told by other stores the wait time would be 5 hours , and that I must book an appointment to do even the smallest quickest things , I really feel Telstra Store Bairnsdale offers exceptional service and have very througough processes in place in order for people to get served in the quiet lest time possible .

Went into Telstra Bairnsdale today as was very pleased with the service. I walked in and was greeted with excitement by Kayleigh (a new team member) There was an error in my businesses billing account and it was sorted in an instant. I also required a new SIM card for a phone and Curtis was the one who lended his expertise, once again was sorted within 15 minutes! Very pleased. There is a great improvement in waiting times since last year! Hope to see more improvement in the future!! Well Done!

Curtis is extremely helpful and I look for him each time I go into the Telstra store.He addresses any queries I have with his great listening skill. I just wanted to do a shoutout to 10/10 service to the team at Telstra Bairnsdale, the team always give me fantastic service as do the managers. They are often super busy but still do their very best to support every customer that comes in. People find it easy to leave negative feedback for retail stores but this one is actually extremely hard working and deserves a pat on the back. Thank you for my phone, other Telstra products and great customer service for my family and friends. I recommend the Telstra store in Bairnsdale to any of my friends over any other store any day. It is so easy for people to post negative reviews but rarely do they post anything positive when it happens. Please keep this in mind before you judge this store based on previous reviews, they really do deserve a well earned bit of praise. 10/10, always.

The lovely young lady that assisted me recently was great absolutely very high regard for the people that work at Telstra.

Extremely happy with Holly's service today, she went over and above to help me with transferring my files. They were extremely important to me due to medical information for my terminally ill husband.
