Cleanest and most well designed McDonald’s I have seen in a long time. The atmosphere is really great and I love the way it is presented.

A wonderful place that is pet friendly. Great food friendly staff and on a nice day sit outside and enjoy the view and food with your bestie

It wasn't McDonald that I visited it was the Church we visited as a group, and this Church is one everyone who goes through Bendsdale's needs. I feel to stop and go in and enjoy this amazing Church.

Whoever made a cheeseburger with extra pickles at 10:15 am on the 2nd of Jan 2024 but put pickles on top of the cheese AND under the patty you are an AMAZING COOK. This is what extra pickles means people! LOADS OF PICKLES 🤩

Mc Donald's in Bairnsdale, the food is what you would expect from a Maccas, pretty consistent with all the other Maccas, but the service we got from Matthew at the counter was outstanding, another young lady delivered our food which was in full nothing missing. And then as we were wrapping up a lady named Maria asked us how our food was, spoke to us about covid measures they had in place and then wished us a great day. You don't get that from all Maccas. Thanks All.

Recently refurbished, good playground, modern Maccas layout, always a great stop over.

I love their chocolate soft serve and the coffee is ok.

Incredibly swift and courteous service. The bacon and egg McMuffins arrived almost as soon as I sat down, very fresh and delicious. The flat white came even sooner! Far better than where I come from. Well done.

There was one particular girl who helped us with ordering and then she was helpful supplying something that was missed in the order. She did it all with a smile on her face and then she added "Have a nice day" It's wonderful when we meet young ones like this.

Macca's for me in Bairnsdale has been very good generally, once or twice l had an order issue of a burger with cheese, when l asked for none, missing hash browns, all in all, pretty good compared to others back in Metro Melbourne who get it wrong too often. So good job Bairnsdale Macca's who does a great job for East Gippslanders.Only negative of Macca's is shocking two tight jammed up waiting bays, adjoining the drive thru exit to The Main Road.

Best McDonald’s restaurant I’ve been to in Australia. I ordered two hash browns and one burger and picked up via drive thru. In the paper back the hash browns and the burger are placed nicely, not stacking onto each other or nearly fall out of package like many other M restaurants do. The burger is also made in excellent shape.

Friendly staff, with Alexander going out of his way to assist in ordering. Great job!. Place was clean and efficient during breakfast time.

Haven't seen Milan for a long time but boy oh boy when he's finally around, he made the customers feel they are important. He took the time to make small chit chats, always smiling and told the people to let him know if they need anything. When he's done talking, he's cleaning the tables the next time. And that's what you call great customer service.

Still renovating it but the new pick up section was up and running and the staff member on duty was so bright and bubbly. Great to see someone enjoying their work for a change.

24 hours McD is a life saviour if you don’t get dinner anywhere when you get late. The staff is very quick and humble based on the number of orders. They made fresh chicken nuggets for us which were yum❤

Very nice. Young man served us like we were at a real restaurant, very friendly. Toilets were very clean as well. A first for Gippsland. Yes Sale, Traralgon you need to get better.
