Simon you are to be commended for going against the usual sales techniques but your store has gained a new customer!

I could not be happier with the service I received from Harvey Norman over the past 24 hours. I went in yesterday late afternoon to purchase a clothes dryer. I was greeted and served by an absolutely amazing man by the name of Gary! He knew exactly what he was talking about and respected my needs as well as my budget. Not even 24hours later, it was delivered to my home. A day earlier than had originally been booked. Thank you so much to the team! You have gone above and beyond. But more importantly to Gary! Gary is an absolute asset to your business, and deserves all the recognition one can give. Thank you Gary, I will definitely be back!

Very rare to get great customer service these days, so I'm writing this to congratulate Shannon on his absolutely outstanding service. Well done sir.
Not only was he very knowledgeable, but when given the challenge of matching a competitors price he went above and beyond. He was able to transfer stock from another store to match the other retailers promotion AND he matched the price.
Everything he promised he delivered. If you need electronics in East Gippsland, head to HN Bairnsdale and ask for Shannon. You won't be disappointed.

Moved here 18 months ago and have brought everything I need from him .
Fantastic sales person coming from someone who is a sales manager I was very impressed.
However have to say im sure there is a new manager cant say that his approach to staff in front of customers was very professional.
Maybe need to reconsider that one .

young lad that served me this morning, was VERY professional for a late teen (i think) i refused the mask thing, BUT thought as he was 'very polite' in his approach and he's only doing his job, i agreed, after an apology to him.... point being the lad was very professional and id say a VERY valued employee of Harvey Norman Bairnsdale....! great service, and the young man will go a long way.....

Always buy our electrical products here. Staff are knowledgeable about their products in particular Simon who is always very helpful. He is a credit to the company.
The store is always clean and tidy. I will continue to support this store.

We recently bought a new smart TV from Harvey Norman in Bairnsdale, and as we are elderly had no hope to set it up on our own....but Simon in electronics was so helpful, in that he not only personally delivered the TV for us, but lifted it to its high position and set it up for us all ready to use ....just in time for the tennis final....so satisfied... beautiful picture and sound....now to just not press a wrong button!...thank you Simon

Nice and friendly staff. I went there to find a laptop for my self and I was given the wide range of possible laptops that I could chose from. The staff member explained all the details and help me out to find the best laptop with in my budget and can deliver more then I need.. so in simple I am very happy with experience that I had there. Recommended for every one
