Bairnsdale Aquatic & Recreation Centre

Excellent facilities and pools to choose from kids, small 1.4m deep pool warm water for hydro and small children and disable people, which has a ramp, for very easy access, is well planned for, and a large pool with lanes .It has a nice spa bath, sauna room, many lifesavers on duty throughout the pool, change rooms and showers, plenty of baby room toilets and next door a fully active and excellent gym.

We had our birthday party at the pool and it was fantastic! The instructors took the girls though heaps of different water games resulting in a whole lot of laughter. Then we had lunch, supplied by the BARC, which was dim sims, party pies and sausage rolls, dips, spring rolls etc. Heaps of food. The staff were so helpful and willing to accommodate us. Highly recommend for pool parties!

Great to see that is is being utilized by Swimming and Basketball all under the one roof.
The Basketball area really needs air con though.

Great place to swim if it's to hot to go to the lake

MY daughter done swimming lessons there and they were very helpful in teaching my daughter .

Staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Free Swim Fridays have been an absolute blessing getting my toddler used to the pool. Even through renovations the facilities are all you could really need 👍

Have been coming here for years. Great family pool. The renovations have greatly improved the look and options of play activities for kids.

Super awesome place for kids. The water play area keeps them entertained for hours. Good for lap swimmers as well. Trying the gym next week.

Very clean, not too crowded, have lifeguards circulating the pools, customer service at the desk is lovely.

Excellent water play equipment for children, wonderful sauna and spa areas, refreshing pool area, very clean and have alot of change rooms, with children's change room. (wheelchair access as well as wheelchair pool access.)

Wonderful! Really friendly staff and clientele, was there almost 2 hours in the pool chatting and making new friends 🤗

The Bairnsdale Aquatic Centre is looking fantastic. The new facilities will be open for use in 2 weeks approximately. The water temperature was perfect for swimming.

Excellent customer service whether you're visiting the gym, cafe or pools A++ and don't forget the free Wifi
