It is a while ago that I intended to shop here. I went in with two of my grandsons, aged 13 and 11. They were shopping for one another and had $50 to spend. I had several family members to buy for. The store had everything that we were looking for BUT .. one of my grandsons accidentally knocked a few items off the shelf as he reached for what he wanted to look at. The staff member (or owner) went into a rant at him to not be picking things up, to not touch anything else and ordered him to put everything back where it was. The way my grandson was spoken to was awful. I gently placed the items I was about to purchase on the counter, said to the staff member/owner that I'm sorry, I won't be needing these anymore. Then I told my grandsons to come with me and I left, never to set foot in there again. Main St has Toyworld, I've shopped there ever since.

This store is ran with the worst attitude and customer service I have ever seen,
My opinion they don't deserve customers untill they care about the product they sell to children as that is who you are disappointing.
My opinion is why shop here when you can shop at toy world and be treated like a human being. Rc products in my opinion are way over priced do I will buy online.
It's a small town I suggest working on your manners.
