Eyecare Plus Bairnsdale

I recently had my first appointment at Eye Care Plus after and found it to be a positive experience. The team on the shop floor were all friendly and greeted me when I entered. The staff member that did my pre testing explained what she was going to do before she did it and was very courteous. Tola did my eye exam and was very thorough, asking questions i had not previously been asked at my former optometrists and determined what the issues were i was having. I walked away with a new prescription and had assistance in the store area choosing new frames. Overall it was a great appointment and i will be going back there for all my eye care needs.

Very impressed when I dropped in to see if I could have a minor repair done on my glasses. The staff were very friendly, efficient and professional. Repair was carried out swiftly and I was on my way. Thank you.

Very happy with the service I received from Dr Tola Touch and his team. My new glasses fit extremely well and the lenses are amazing. They took the time to thoroughly test my sight and made sure the frames fitted me perfectly. They worked within my budget and delivered a great outcome. I would recommend you give them a try.

I'm so thrilled with my new prescription sunglasses from Eyecare Plus Bairnsdale. This is the third pair of spectacles they have made for me and all are superb! Extremely thorough eye examination by Tola and wonderful service from Rebecca and the team has given me the clearest vision that I have had since needing to wear spectacles. Can't recommend this optometrist highly enough!!

Excellent Optometrist, the young gentleman immediately diagnosed my eye problem and suggested appropriate treatment which worked 100%. This practice has been taken over in the last year or so and the service has improved considerably. The premises are modern and spotlessly clean, and the staff are proessional and helpful. I really cant talk highly enough about the young Optometrist and would recommend him highly.

The technical is ok. Not happy with costings. Worst of all, weeks after new glasses and lens and screw fall out and I am away from home. 25 years @ same shop? No more.

Use to be a very happy client. Ordered my glasses a month ago, they came in with the wrong prescription and got told they will be a top priority and will be done in a week. Came in a week later, they weren’t done and got told they’d be done the day after or the next Monday. One month later and they’re still not done. Didn’t even get a call to be told they will be longer than expected. Won’t be going back

Would not even send an animal there. Customer service non to speak of and so-called eye specialist terrible!! Not worth spending money there, go ANYWHERE else. Save yourself the time! Should've gone to Specsavers 👍
