EB Games - Bairnsdale

Just had the most seamless and amazing customer service interaction here with the tall lad working late today (15 minutes before closing). First - solid communication, eye contact and tone. Second, listened carefully, asked right questions and provided a problem free exchange.

Never had a return so perfectly handled. Nothing felt like an issue, I felt heard and more importantly believed.

He then recommended a head set that I've just tested and the sound quality is on par with the original head set, just as much comfort, and super easy to set up. Sorry I don't know your name tall man but thank you for being one of the best customer service representatives I've ever dealt with. Service like that is why I keep coming back to this particular store. Legends. And the head sets perfect thanks!

We usually get Matt serving us and he is SO awesome with the kids- he gives them tips and helps them with their games and suggests relevant things for them. Great customer service.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I LOVE THIS PLACE, all the staff members are so kind, and friendly.

The staff are awesome always up for a chat especially Matt, Pre-orders are always easy to pickup and for me have generally been earlier than the stated release date on the website, I've gotten a lot of gaming and pop-culture related things form EB Games (mainly this store) and they all still work as intended even at 4-6 years old.

The thing that makes this eb games stand out is the Staff. They are just great. They make you feel welcome and express genuine interest in your gaming experience. I love to just browse this store just to have a chat with the great employees.

One stop shop for all your gaming needs

Awesome store. The guys that served us were amazing and really helped with enquiries. They let us drop off our stuff to trade in so we could get some lunch which they fixed it up for us. Definitely recommend the store.

Excellent customer service. I'm a Nan with little knowledge of Pokemon but the staff helped me pick out some Xmas gifts that my grandson was thrilled with. Will definitely shop there again for grandkids.

My husband and I are regulars to this store and honestly all the staff feel like family. They all know us by name (and we them) and they all go above and beyond to help us out. Most know what kind of games we are after and can give us heads ups on news that we may have missed. I honestly can't think of a better place to buy all my geekery from. Awesome place 👍

The staff in this EB are actually exceptional. Whilst I don't know any of them personally you'd think I did whilst listening in on the conversations.

They're genuinely chatty - not that "How's your day but I don't really care" BS that most chain stores feed you. They'll genuinely chat about your gaming interests, your interests in general, what your weekend consists of.

They're friendly- and I don't think I've entered this store once without a friendly greeting or a "Be right with you" offered up.

Whoever is training these guys in customer service- they need to be sent into other chain stores for some education.

Obviously the prices are standard EB prices - so you won't find happiness here. The staff adequately make up for any disappointment here.

EB Games Bairnsdale is by far the best EB Games store I have encountered (and I have visited MANY!)

The staff are friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable about all games and platforms as well as keeping up with the newest events and announcements.

The store is run by actual gamers who understand your needs and requirements as well as have super helpful opinions on gameplay etc.

They take great pride in the store, beautifully organised and easy to find what you need.

You know you're preordered collectors items are going to arrive in perfect condition as the staff treat each and every item as if it were their own and for that I am truly grateful to be able to have such trust with my much wanted items.

I have shopped here three times now, once a year for the last three years as I am not from the area and every time the staff were really friendly and helpful and I would love to go there more often, but I dont have that many things to buy haha

The team led by Matt are always willing to help and nothing is too much trouble for them. We get almost all our gaming needs from here (except xbox game pass content).

Mat and the rest of the staff are full of knowledge and very nice and will help you out to there fullest keep it up guys

Good selection of games but there prices are way above retail and you will often save upto $40.00 off games if you go to Target or Harvey Norman.
