We recently had the pleasure of working with Harley Plumbing to install a new evaporative cooling system in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience!

A special shout-out to Travis and Stefan, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their expertise and friendly demeanour made the whole process stress-free. They patiently answered all our questions, explained the system thoroughly, and kept us informed throughout the installation.

The installation itself – given very difficult circumstances involving our 2-storey property— was efficient and tidy. They left our home clean and spotless, and even took the time to demonstrate how to operate the new system effectively.

Travis, in particular, with his 20+ years of plumbing experience, was able to troubleshoot our difficult roof by dismantling and reassembling the new unit on the 2nd storey of our property.

Plumber gave a 2 hour window however they did ask to come earlier and that was OK with me. Great communication. Work was done well and explained to me prior to any work beginning. Happy with the job and nice people.

I called Harley plumbing and the friendly and efficient Anne assisted me with my booking. Asked me when I was available so that she could work within my schedule after determining the urgency. The boys turned up exactly on time, were so cheerful and got on with the job immediately. The issue was fixed and they took the time to explain exactly what they did and why. We’ve used Harley plumbing 4 times now. Major repair of evaporative air con, 2 heating services and recently a full heater replacement. Very impressed. I have been using Harley Plumbing for the servicing of my Evap and Ducted heating for years now. But when my 20 year old Evap cooling was going to cost me more than a service, it was time for a replacement. Harley Plumbing were reasonable with their quote and Ryan was quick to book me in. The plumbers whom attended Travis and Rylie were on time, very friendly efficient and my home was left clean with all traces of old my Evap unit taken away. I would highly recommend HP to anyone needing good quality expect plumbing requirements. A+

Dane and Harley Plumbing did a great job - full service of my ancient Braemar EVAP cooling system - cleaned it up, got it working, replaced the pads and installed a broken vent. Took me through the costs upfront, explained the work clearly and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

Booked a central heating service with Harley plumbing after a fault with our unit. Jamie was quick and professional. He gave an honest assessment of our heater's good condition and the cause of the fault being the gas meter.

I am very happy with the service. I had a water pressure problem, with taps and hot water system failing because of the high pressure. The office staff were cheerful and efficient in booking the job. Daniel scoped and quoted, Ryan kept me up to date with scheduling the job and Ray attended and fitted the piece - not an easy job with a few engineering problems with the old pipes. All of the people I dealt with were friendly and professional, they kept in touch while getting in the part required and the price was fair. I recommend this business.

Harley Plumbing replaced my outdoor central heating and hot water units. I was provided with recommendations for the best replacements and the reasons supporting the recommendations.

Their staff arrived on time and completed the installations in a timely fashion. They removed the old units and cleaned up the area to the point you wouldn't know any work had been done.

Once the installations were completed the staff explained what they had done, how the units worked and things I should do periodically to maintain the units.

Overall, extremely satisfied with their work and will certainly use Harley Plumbing for any future plumbing and heating requirements.
