Got some great service from one of the guys (Josh?). Walked me over to the food I needed to find. Asked about my needs and he gave me some options. Just a nice chat to a great choice. Great customer service. Good size store. Lots of parking. Very happy with the price too. Better than online prices. This will be my go to place now.

Always helpful and friendly staff. My preferred range of foods are always promptly available whether click and collect, or in store. No complaints from us!

During Christmas time, I bought my very first chihuahua puppy! I was so excited I dashed over to this Petbarn, where I was received with the warmest of welcomes. The staff were very informative, especially when it came to Emerald's breed. Amazing product selection! I have bought Emma so many beautiful, high-quality toys. Her favorites include the lavender-bite calming puppy toy and her mini pink monkey blanket. I bought a very high qaulity bed for her, which she adores. As soon as her puppy feet touch the sheep-wool bedding, she settles in for a sleep. To celebrate our first Christmas together, they had a perfect outfit! And much, much more! Easy to get lost in. I love it here! The food I buy her is of highest quality but for the lowest of prices. I am so very happy. Thank you Pet barn!

Great store for cat food!

1. Always check Petbarn's online price for single order. Store items usually show full price even when there is sale online. If the price quoted at Counter is higher than that online, ask to price match.

2. Become a member. You'll save compared to non-member price. Always check imvoice to ensure you have received member price. This is something their system gets consisrently wrong. Compare the invoice unit price to what is advertised on their online store. If you find you have been incorrectly charged, raise it with tje folks at the counter. They are usually quitr helpful.

The team here are all sorts of awesome. Super helpful and knowledgeable, they're passionate about what they do and the advice they offer is fantastic. I should also mention the range of products... I mean, it's a shop after all so, top marks here too! Great range and if you're a member, very good discounts for your pet.
