I was given really good service at Inspiration Paints in Eltham. I knew the paint colour I needed but the company that originally made it was out of business. The staff took great care to find the right colour from another maker of my choice. I also bought a painter’s pole and other bits and pieces, and the staff gave me helpful advice on each item. They did it all with ease and aplomb. Finally, they helped me carry everything to the car! I was greatly impressed.

The only paint shop you should be going to! Friendly helpful staff, a nice calm atmosphere and 5% off is a bonus. Painting my house I now know all the staff and they help me pick out just what I need. I rarely give reviews but feel that these 5 stars are fully deserving. I’ve been coming here for the last 6 months whilst painting my house and will for years to come :)

Great staff - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me out with some tricky questions about applying paint with a sponge to get a mottled effect.

Excellent customer service. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They went the extra mile to ensure the colour of wood stain I selected was going to be the closest to the colour I needed. They also keep your paint selections on file for future reference which I love. They always offer to carry things to the car for you which can be helpful.

I needed some paint supplies during the Covid restrictions and the team at Inspirations were fabulous. Provided advise and took my order over the phone and had everything ready for me to collect within 5 minutes. They provided me with a very valuable service.

Went in for the first time to this store a couple of days ago.. guys were pretty friendly & one was quite helpful. A water based gloss was recommended to my friend & it did NOT dissapoint. I was a bit skeptical about water based gloss, but I am really impressed with the product & happy with the recommendation. The only thing that was a tiny issue was one of the drums of paint may not have been mixed enough.. (15Litre dulux low sheen) around half an hour after purchase, I was looking at dark swirls from the tint when I opened the drum.. the other two were fine tho.. no biggy! Staff are really laid back & store is spacious with a big inventory.

The nice lady in the shop who assisted us was very patient, friendly and helpful. We didn't know much about painting and she gave us very useful advices. In the end she also offered stirring sticks and can opener for free. Thank you.

Went into Inspirations Paint Eltham yesterday and was surprised at the size of the store and the range of products. The staff (Cathy I think) was very friendly and helpful with colour and paint suggestions. I also enquired about non-slip driveway paint and Cathy was very helpful in referring me to a non-slip paving paint distributor.

I'll definitely will be going back.

Both men we have dealt with here have been so professsional in their knowledge, suggestions and friendliness. We had trouble deciding colours and they were exceptional in checking what our ideas are and making appropriate suggestions. First time to Inspirations (didn't want to be susceptible at Bunnings) and am a convert to this business. Fast efficient service and friendly knowledgeable staff. Even trolleyed my paint to and into the car. Now offering home delivery. And it was cheaper too!

I have been purchasing my paint and paint related products here for many years. They are reliable and offer dependable advice. The staff are very helpful. The shop is very well organised. Dulux paint in terms of colour and quality is the best.

I wasn't very confident that I knew what I wanted but the staff very quickly put me at ease in asking me the right questions and advising me in the purchase of paint. They were very friendly and knowledgable about their product.

I've always found the staff here really helpful, happy to give advice and share their knowledge on what paints suit whichever project I'm doing at the time and the products are competitively priced.
