Eltham Office Choice

I am so happy with the service today for my “back to school shop.” I had my toddler with me and the gentleman at the store gave me personalised help for the whole 15 minutes I was there, from continuously taking my items to the front desk to keep my hands clear, helping me locate items, and recommending cheaper products, I left feeling glad I had not gone to officeworks!

Fantastic service! I was impressed every step of the way and I couldn't fault anything. Email communication was great and kept me updated re stock availability. Delivery right to my door in under 24hrs. I highly recommend!

Amazing customer service by the team (David in particular). Ordered a glassboard and kit on a Friday (which had to come from the supplier) and had it delivered by the Eltham Office Choice team the following Tuesday. Cant ask for more than that.

Office choice! More like last choice! Staff member was lacking the customer service to support and address any questions or concerns required. Furthermore, I think that $2 for 1 sheet of paper is really ridiculous. Won’t be back!

Staff (wife I suspect) uninterested and unapologetic. OfficeWORKS a further 7km away but worth the trip!
