You can get a ticket online and save $5. The ferry leaves every hour from Sorrento. In my case, I got a ticket through a window and was directed to the queue once ticketing was done.
Very friendly staffs at the terminal. And,They start boarding 15 minutes prior the hour mark so ensure you don’t roam around longer. Once you’re in vessel, feel free to roam around.

Such a great experience. Takes 40 minutes to go to the Queenscliff in the ferry. Tickets are cheaper but if you are taking your car with you then it will cost you extra 60$. Concessions are also available. Head online for the tickets and save the time.

Excellent service and trip. I was out in the Mornington Peninsula and had the perfect trip home on the ferry. Rather than getting stuck in traffic on the freeways to go around the bay. Worth every dollar. Relaxing and quicker travel.

An awesome way to see this part of Victoria. Walk, ride or drive, the ferries run efficiently, the journey is beautiful and if you're lucky you may see dolphins. Staff are helpful and lots of great vantage points of the boat for lots of pictures.

Geraldine and Trish were working short staffed today and were so gorgeously helpful. We were travelling with a larger group of disabled participants and they were patient, kind and full of assistance! Thanks ladies. 😊

Great fun ride, for entire family. The ferries are very clean, with very helpful staff. Snacks, drinks and coffee available on board.

Good place for tourists & kids who has never been on a ferry. Be careful not to mess with drunken people. A bit expensive trip.
