Mr. Sticksenbones

Enjoyed late lunch at Mr Sticksenbones. Friendly helpful staff. Ample selection on the menu including options for the vegetarians in our group. Can be busy but we were lucky enough to get there at a relatively quite time.

Had a hearty chicken and vege pie, one of the specials for the day. Husband had the cow burger, reminded me of being in the USA of having potato crisps on the side.

Enjoyed a nice lunch here - pulled pork burger and a frittata. Staff were nice and food good

Brilliant egg and bacon muffin and gf really enjoyed her tomato and cheese toastie. The coffee was the best one I’ve had down here and I’ve been to most cafes open. Would recommend

The place is very friendly and busy. My eggs benedict was one of the best I had,. The atmosphere is relaxed, and people are coming and going pretty quickly. Perhaps they could do a bit on their efficiency.
Altogether, nice place to visit.
After another visit, I gave them another star, as they absolutely deserved it. I ordered coffee, but they brought a takeaway, which I didn't want. So, she offered and made another coffee, which was great!

A simple but attractive menu with a good range to choose from. My wife had a chicken baguette that was tasty and I ordered a Mr chook which was way more than I bargained for as it came with 2 chicken breasts in it which could only have been better with the option of some pineapple and maybe skinny fries instead of crisps. I also ordered a caramel shake which was one of the biggest I have ever had. When they talk about a $5 shake in pulp fiction this is what they were talking about. I very nice atmosphere, nice coffee and a great place to stop and have lunch.

People have become really fussy these days.
They seem to want to pick on everything.
I just had a large breakfast here and it was lovely.
My bacon was cooked the way I asked for it and the eggs were well done nice and fluffy.

What else can I ask for, the other items on our table were also great and we would come back here again.

It's surprising to see such mixed reviews! We are here right now on extremely busy day (there's a market outside) We are really satisfied with everything. From service to food and even acoustics : ) the chai latte is really balanced, really good. Many cafes go overboard on the spices.

Finally a fantastic place to eat in Sorrento that isn't snobby and where Food was fantastic, coffee also fantastic..What really impressed me the most was the wonderful and genuine customer service we received from a man in his mid 30's - 40 ?? May of been owner.. that service made our experience more worthwhile...
We thought we would try another place in Sorrento on the weekend and was shocked by the terrible and cold service we received with sad food!
One regret we didn't just come to you again..

I ordered the Goodness bowl. It was superb. Fresh. Plentiful, tasty and healthy.
Place can get noisy and a bit chaotic. Be prepared to wait in summer.

Friendly cafe on the main strip of Sorrento. Lots of outdoor seating for groups of all sizes. Order at the counter with their lovely staff and food and drinks are delivered to your table. All of our coffee and cakes were delicious. The banana bread serving is huge and comes with fresh strawberries!

Absolutely Amazing Coffee, the bloke who makes the coffee here is a true Gem! Best coffee ever. My partner and I hardly ever agree on coffee choices, but this coffee is something we both agree on!

Pair it with a banana bread, and you're set!

We really enjoyed this place and visited twice during our stay.

The coffee was good and the toasties delicious.

Our ride out to Sorrento stopping for a quick stop for food. The orange cake was beautiful, my mocha was great. A great stop over.

Food is delicious and they really take caution for coeliacs which was appreciated. Staff are also friendly & welcoming.
