My partner and I went here yesterday for a job interview he has today as the collared shirt was forgotten in Melbourne- we experienced amazing customer service! It was closing time but the staff went above and beyond helping us find an appropriate shirt for corporate wear and so last minute, one of the staff members was also kind enough to steam the shirt for us and put it on a coat hanger (as we did not have an iron). Majorly appreciated the assistance and took all the stress out of the shopping experience, would definitely recommend!

The lady at the front counter ( short grey hair) was a bit rude and made me feel uncomfortable.

Felt like a rushed sale and she just wanted to get done with me...even though she was all smiles and talks with the couple in front of me.
